The Best Agency I've Found, Honest, Professional, and Not Pushy. After viewing apartments for about 9 months, Comfort Estate Agency is the best I've encountered. I had three viewings with different colleagues, and every one of them was professional and genuinely kind. It was a welcome change to deal with agents who weren't "sales pitchy" or pushy. My last viewing was with Jordan, and he was excellent. He was refreshingly honest about the apartment, the good and the bad, which made me feel like he truly wanted to help people find the right place, not just close a deal. I also appreciate that their apartment listings are reasonably priced, suggesting they put in the effort to advise sellers on the true market price before releasing the listing. Thank you for your great work! When the time comes, I will definitely come back to you guys.

Currently renting a student property with comfort estates, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service being provided. Our property manager Darius has been nothing but welcoming and helpful with any questions regarding our house. House was clean and we were provided with a detailed inventory that accurately showed the condition of the house. My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home to rent together and had our first property viewing with the lovely Claire from Comfort Estates. She was very flexible with the viewing, super friendly and helpful which ultimately led us to putting in our application that evening. The handover process to propert management went really smoothly and Claire was regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed before the move. Our property manager, Hannah, is also great and been responsive in anything we've needed. Maintenance needs are addressed straight away which has made life super easy for us. We have now been our property for just over a month and still absolutely loving it!

A first class commendation. Comfort Lettings have been exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional during this past year. I particularly thank Alex and Andy for being communicative and warm in their correspondence. It goes a long way. The whole team have been on hand to help, even when the alarm went off, the office picked up in 2 rings and I had the code in less than a minute to disable it. From past experiences, with other agencies, we would be waiting for it to run out of batteries. Documentation has been straightforward and a full book of materials offered on the premises. The property was in great condition when we moved in, and the steps for moving out have been straightforward. Not much else you could ask for. Thank you!
