We have recently rented a house in Nottingham from Comfort Estates and have been extremely impressed with the service received from our agent Darius Small. Darius is professional, patient, and has gone out of his way to help make this move as smooth and easy as possible, whilst ensuring that everything in the house is as it should be! This is, unfortunately, not always the case when moving to a new rental. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent in Nottingham but more so to ask for Darius who is a credit to this agency and excellent at his job.

I have been with comfort lettings 6 months now and all I can say it is has been plain sailing from start to finish. Any issues I had were resolved as quickly as possible and I was kept in the loop at all time. My son rented a gorgeous property through Comfort and overall been very satisfied. With regards to getting the deposit back, a long conversation was had. We felt my son was being charged for things (redecoration etc) that hadn't been done when he moved in, but seemed to be a charge deducted regardless. The best place I have rented in Nottingham. The landlord is very attentive and comes round the same day to fix any issues we have. Everything in the house is basically brand new and matches. We have a smart TV and the house came with not only a washing machine, but a dryer AND dishwasher!
