GoogleComfort Lettings have been wonderful managing my property in Nottingham from taking over from my last agents to finding new tenants, looking after huge repairs before new tenants move in, problem solving, keeping me updated on progress, professional to a high standard and most importantly really friendly helpful staff. GoogleTerrible Estate Agents. After cleaning the house for several hours and leaving it in the same condition we found it. They still wanted to charge ridiculous money for a lampshade worth 5 pounds from IKEA. We have had endless problems from randomly turning up without knowing to saying they’ll come round then never turning up. Super disappointed.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGood communication throughout the tenancy. Mostly good customer service. Andy in particular was good throughout the tenancy. However house problems can take a little long to organise and to repair and bad wifi connection.
Thanks Joseph - we appreciate your feedback. We do our best to action repairs as quickly as we can on behalf of all our owners. On occasions these will take longer than we'd hope given complexity/ other quotes etc, but we will always try to keep you informed. Wi-fi can be problematic, (especially in older and bigger properties) but we are finding that new routers are getting better at providing a larger coverage. We will pass your thanks to Andy!

GoogleVery slow response to maintenance issues raised, have to send chase mails for a response. Even then don't seem very effective at resolving any issues.
