GoogleI have been looking for a studio and came across a property on Martyn Gerrard. I was quickly put in touch with one of their senior negotiators, Kevin Lehongre. He was always quick to respond to queries, helped me organise a viewing and has generally been friendly throughout the process.

Martyn Gerrard were excellent at finding & arranging for us to rent our new home; Their staff were extremely fast & thorough, so we wasted no time, They understood our requirements & presented the perfect property, arranging an ideal alternative overnight, when the original apartment was withdrawn. Post-moving support was available too, as we settled in to the new environment. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

GoogleI have very bad experience while dealing with them. They will charge you penalty fees if you leave property early even if there is brekage clause in contract. Very rude while talking on the phone and will talk to you in upper pitch if you try to ask them kindly.Please check letting contracts throughly and avoid them if you can. Do not deal with them.

GoogleSeverely disappointed. Estate agents arrived at our property unannounced, letting themselves in to show prospective renters around without alerting us. We have also had countless problems with lack of communication, and charging steeply for unnecessary property checks. If you're interested in leaving your bank account bone dry and experiencing seething rage on a regular basis, then by all means choose this company!

I rented my property via Martyn Gerrard recently and can say that i was very happy with the service throughout. I was kept informed of every booking and the outcome and my property was rented within 3 weeks. I found every Agent I dealt with to be polite and informative and the process was stress free.
