GoogleProbably the worse service you will receive from an estate agency in North Finchley. Worse, if you complaint about the lack of support the manager will be extremely rude to you. Please avoid at all cost, your house/flat won't sell or it will take forever with this agency.

GoogleBEWARE! The worst agent i have ever dealt with. They stick in a sneaky clause if tenants action a mutual 6 month break clause in view of penalising the tenant! This was advised to us on the 11th hour which left us no room to object. Had to deal with the director to resolve this in the end which took a few days to even get a response/call. The agent also breached smoke alarm legislations and left there landlord exposed to fines and potential imprisonment. we are now struggling to even confirm our vacation date and have been waiting a week for a confirmed time! Absolutely usless! The landlord is also now dis instructing them.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, my offer just got accepted and I am going through the purchase procedure with one of the most active estate agent AMAR MALIK in MG. He keeps updating me over the process as well as advising me in advance so I have time to get prepared with the next step. I feel I’m in good hands and looking forward to getting the key in couple of months. I do recommend this estate agency and Malik Amar.

GoogleIf only it were possible to leave 0/5 stars. I've never received such utterly abysmal service in my life! They refused to deal with our complaints about a neighbour knocking down a fence into our garden, then proceeded to charge US for the clean up when we moved out the next month. When talking to head office they could not have acted more incompetently if they tried. Weeks between each e-mail, no issues resolved and, when we took them to TDS to contest a charge we then found we'd been charged an additional £150 with no notification - which was then approved by TDS! Do NOT use these estate agents as they are not below asking you to do house viewing because "they cannot get an agent there themselves", do not give 24 hrs notice for viewings, ignore your e-mails and rob you blind. Totally shambolic from start to finish, avoid them like the plague.

GoogleWorst estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with when selling a property. They tell me they have an interested party who def wants the house to then find out there refugees that can’t get a mortgage. They don’t have any communication skills what so ever to the point of sending a invoice for something that was supposed to of been sorted 10 months + ago. They have lost the opportunity to sell another property due to there poor skills. Would rate a 0 if there was that option.

GoogleI would highly recommend avoid this agency if you can. Like most estate agencies, this one wasn't different. Took more than a month to get our deposit back after they deducted more than £130 for something that wasn't our fault. When we got a quote for less than half the quote they got - they didn't allow a "third party" contractor to do it for the tenants safety (which is weird, because if new tenants already live there, how come this is not fixed yet?) I was fed up with them by then and just wanted to get it over with so didn't argue. We had to chase them all the time otherwise we wouldn't hear back. During the two months before we left our phone rang non stop, during the weekend, early in the morning, sometimes 6 times in a row without even waiting a minute. They wanted to send people for viewing without an agent and us to do the agent's job and show people around. Took them ages to fix every tiniest thing. I would highly recommend avoid this agency if you can.

GooglePoor customer service from start to finish, talked a good game but no surprises property didnt sell. Had to call myself all the time for any updates or feedback, never kept informed. Forgot to bring the spare keys they had to a viewing and missed out on a possible sale Called mobiles phones, not answering, i call the main office line and they magically answer being told "oh left my work mobile at home" Last 3 weeks of our 12 week contract no contact whatsoever...obviously lost interest in us. Having to stay put for now, but rest assured this and any future properties i come to sell will never be with this lot

GoogleI strongly urge you to avoid this company. The head office is in North Finchley. They seem to be nice, but they don't seem to have the customers' interest in their heart at all. They have misinformed us about a vital aspect of the letting a house and took our money. When we found out the truth, we asked for our money back. And what happened? From the very beginning they told us that we were not getting our money back and asked us to go via their formal complaint procedure. We did. They did not even address our main point. They just kept repeating their own story and refused to answer our main question! How rude and totally unacceptable. We went the office and kindly asked for our money back. What did the managing director do? He called the police. The police were very kind and understanding. They could not help us and advised us to leave. Now you decide what to make of it and of that company - I'm not going to put words in your mouth. Total scam, I would say!

My sale was going nowhere - bogged down in the chain from hell. The office I had registered with had given up on me and my little house. I was passed from agent to agent and office to office. Weeks turned into months.. Until I landed with Kyri Ayed. Suddenly it all changed, Kyri believes in helping the client. He believes in communicating with the client. He believes in bashing away at obstacles until they crumble. And - above all - he delivers and gets the job done. He's the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. What more can I say?

My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by the whole North Finchley Office. When problems arose in the transaction, they were very pro-active in trying to find the best solution for all parties. We found it refreshing that even when our sales agent was away, other members of staff were at hand to provide us with updates when we went in branch and without even referring to the file! We were given regular updates and they ultimately made the whole process much less stressful than it could and should have been.

As a first time buyer, I found Kyri at North Finchley branch very helpful at every level of a rather daunting process. Showing me properties relevant to my budget in the first instance, as well as giving honest advice, guiding me through the sale and keeping me updated at all times. I really appreciated his friendly approach and his quick responses to any questions I had. I dealt with branches of Martyn Gerard across North London during my search and found the same kind of relevance to budget and friendliness. I would definitely use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
