GoogleLooking at previous comments I can see RedKey have a track record of taking deposit money and faking end of tenancy cleaning bills. Its disgusting how this can still happen. We have lost a lot of money due to the way they have treated us and I would not recommend renting a property with red key.

GoogleI tried to rent a property through this agency. If you call them you are asked to complete a form. I did that three times. If you email them they ask you to complete a form. I gave them a lot of information, but they didn't have the courtesy to reply. They have one star because I can't give them none. Complete waste of time.

GoogleWorsest people we ever been with to rent a house. So unprofessional . Still haven't released our deposit nor returning my calls. Stressed us and took rent for half a month after the checkout and demanded extra money which never seen in the contract. Don't go with them if you value your hard earned money.

GoogleI moved into a property last week and had a terrible situation which meant the property needed to be vacated. No fault of anyone. Red Key have been amazing, and put me up in a hotel from day 1 and gave me a week here to decide what option I wanted to proceed with. Within 2 days it has been arranged that I will be moving to another property they have as soon as its available (this was my choice) as the initial property will not be ready for a few months. in the meantime, accommodation has been arranged which i'm more than happy with. couldn't have asked for better service in this very unfortunate situation.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTerrible service. No replies on enquiries, just the same old "our staff member will contact you when they come back from break"... 5 days long break, huh? Poor management : had to live 2 weeks without a fridge when it broke before being replaced. Just another big company with absolutely no care for customers.

GoogleIf you call them regarding a problem they will tell you that the person you need to speak to is busy and will call you back in 15 minutes. They will not. I have literally heard the same rubbish 10 times over 2 years and never once had a call back.

Richard and Callie have been amazing and helped deal with obstacles that most business would leave you to deal with by yourself, fast, quick, easy service and super friendly. GoogleProbably a good company to work with if you’re a landlord who doesn’t care about the tenants. We lived in liberty grove in two separate flats that were rented by redkey, both had mould. The first in which all of our furniture was ruined. We were made to feel that this was our fault. we regularly vented the flats and treated the mould on a weekly basis, which was in both of the bedrooms and the living room, particularly the carpet. We were told that this wasn’t an issue in liberty grove.. however having spoken to a number of neighbours, we have come to learn this IS an issue, and redkey are ignoring it by renting the properties out immediately a tenant moves out. And even taking out of their deposits to paint over the mould. Then upon bringing up our issue of being charged for the mould, we were accused of using another tenants photos, instead of having a compassionate response to what we had been dealing with. Also take a lot more money from your deposit than necessary, any opportunity to make money even if it’s taking it from hard working people I can assure you they won’t hesitate to do so. Will never rent with redkey again, and will definitely be advising everyone I know not to.

GoogleLiterally took all of our deposit money for fake cleaning charges. We are very house proud and clean tenants and feel from the other reviews on here we have been scammed. We are very disappointed and feel really let down by them. Not great.
Sorry, we’re couldn’t locate any previous tenants with this name. We’re unable to unilaterally retain deposit monies if the tenant disagrees as there is an alternative dispute resolution process through the TDS.

GoogleProfessional and efficient. From a tenant's point of view letting agents can be notoriously difficult to work with but Red Key Properties offer a professional service throughout the whole process. If you're in the South Wales area I strong recommend using Red Key
