GoogleWe had some viewings booked with Jones Robinson in the Newbury area. Rachel showed us around the properties and was very helpful in answering our queries. Those which she couldn't address on the day were followed up later after a discussion back at the office. Very helpful, efficient, friendly service from Jones Robinson and Rachel in particular. GoogleThis rating is specifically for Paula Rudge. I used one of their recommended conveyancers and mortgage broker and unfortunately my personal experience with both wasn’t good. Paula supported me through the process, kept in regular contact, and went the extra mile when things had’t progressed. Frustratingly, it took 6 months for an empty 1 bedroom flat with no chain to be completed. Without Paula’s support it would probably have been longer and very much appreciate the help she gave.
