GoogleAfter a month in which I filled up all the necessary documents, I was notified 6 days before the deadline that I can't move, that the owner decided to withdraw his decision to let me live in the house ... after I announced my current owner, and he in turn was obviously looking for a replacement for me. I want to mention that everything was decided and approved, I even paid the deposit. Is not a serious agency .. the only thing that did it was to waste my time and play with my nerves. I do not recommend.

GoogleHaving purchased our property through Jones Robinson snd happy with the service on that occasion it was a natural choice to sell through them also as they were very familiar with the property. Jo and Toyah worked hard to achieve a great sale price and kept us informed throughout the sale. Always friendly and welcoming if needing to visit the office. So, bottom line. 5 stars for this agent and no complaints. A very happy customer who definately recommends Jones Robinson Estate Agents to buy or sell your property with efficiency. Thanks again to all the staff and especially Jo and Toyah.

GoogleBoth Paula and Beth, have been brilliant with the sale of my house and have gone above and beyond supporting me, through what had been a very difficult and complicated chain. We were disappointed with our first estate agent who lost the only offer we received in the 5 months it was listed with them. So we relisted our house with Jones Robinson, they got lots interest straight away, and we accepted an offer within a week! I would definitely recommend and be using them again if I ever choose to move again!

GoogleJones Robinson was quick enough to provide viewing, compare to some other letting agencies. Met Rachel for the property viewing, she was helpful. Later met Marcus in office, and requested for assistance, since then till today, he been very kind, generous and helpful. His prompt response to any queries over the call and/or email, is a great comfort. Just for fun, at the very first meeting, I addressed him Marcus Aurelius Antoninus (The King), somehow reminded me movie Gladiator. So far so good, hopping it would be a great experience too during entire tenancy period. I'll keep update this throughout the tenancy period ..... Regards, Simon & Steffy

GoogleWhen we were looking for a property to purchase we were very impressed with the service offered by Jones Robinson. Caitlin and Taylor in particular were both very helpful. They emailed us suitable properties as soon as they were available, which was useful at time when the Stamp Duty holiday meant that there was a exceptional demand and we needed to view quickly. The Team were very responsive and and the viewings we attended with them were conducted professionally. When we come to sell the property we have bought they will be the first Estate Agent I approach.

GoogleOur experience with Jones Robinson has been great. Communication was excellent and they were always there to answer the phone and responded to emails quickly. All the team were helpful and friendly which helped us as first time buyers. Arranging extras viewings was never an issue and they were happy to help us at every stage. We completed our purchase in under 3 months and I'm sure Jones Robinson's efficiency helped to speed up the process. Thanks especially to Paula, Beth, Tayler and Mollie.
