I have sold my property through Jones Robinson and everything I want to say is a big thank you to Paul Evans and Caroline Maddock. Went through the referencing process, left the deposit, first month rent, signed the agreement - only to find out that the landlord cannot sing the contract because they don't have their paperwork ready. Now they don't respond to my emails or phone calls.
