GoogleI viewed a number of sales properties with Curchods New Malden through Victoria Yates. During this time of the pandemic, they were extremely good at keeping everyone safe. I have viewed with other agents who were not as good at respecting social distancing compared to Victoria. I would definitely say that Victoria was very good at pinpointing what we wanted as a property and each viewing got better. We did not buy through Curchods as we found another property with another agent. I've given 4 out of 5 stars because strangely I have also been registered with the Kingston office and keep getting emails from them.

We were very happy with the service we received from Curchods, New Malden. Stuart was very good at communicating with us every step of the way. Our house was being sold at a difficult economic time but Curchods persevered and got us a sale price which we feared we wouldn't get at one point. They kept up a really good rate of viewings and were very professional and knowledgeable about how to find the right buyer for the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
