Really helpful and accomodating for both viewing and the purchase process. The agent, Bruvis, had lived locally to the property previously so had lots of useful information about the house. Also helped liaise with the sellers during the conveyancing process which helped things run smoothly.

So far we've had a really good experience of buying a house with Jake at Maryn Gerrard. He's been really flexible and accommodating about showing us the property and always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. When the sale got a bit difficult Marytyn Gerrard tried really hard to make things work. As a buyer I'd be really happy to recommend Martyn Gerrard!

Good afternoon Alex, we feel its important to make it clear that the Law requires the Landlord to serve at least 2 months’ notice on the Tenant if they wish to end the tenancy (even if this is at the end of the fixed term contract). Although the Law does not require tenants to serve notice to end the fixed term agreement, we ask the tenants to either renew their tenancy or indicate their intention to leave at least two months before their contract ends. This is an internal process to protect our client landlords from tenants who chose to leave the property without giving any notice. This way the Landlord does not have to serve Section 21 notice on the tenants unnecessarily.
