TrustpilotProfessional Scam Artists
Professional Scam Artists. They will encourage you to sign uneccesary contracts without mentioning the hidden fees. This happened to me when I was looking only for a 1year let however, they encouraged me to sign a 2-year let with a break clause. The agent made it sound like there was no difference so I naturally agreed. However, a year later, when it came to enacting the break-clause they duped me out of more than £1000 purely because I signed. They failed to mention this to me when ecouraging me to sign it and they knew that it wasn't in my interest to stay longer than a year. Do not trust anything these agents say. They are professional scam artists.

GoogleLooking to rent a new flat, I popped into MG Muswell Hill on a whim, on a Friday after work about 6pm. Anthony Whyte looked after me, and nothing was too much trouble. Literally within 10 minutes he’d taken my details and was showing me around a property near by. The next day I had another look, and made an offer. Anthony worked tirelessly to get my offer accepted and completed, and was always on hand to answer any questions in a knowledgable and professional way. I’m delighted to say I moved in a couple of weeks ago! Everybody in the office is super helpful, and always put up a friendly hand as walk past to my new home.

TrustpilotABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEIt's been a few months that I'm supposed to write this but I hesitated a little as the last time I wrote a bad review about another estate agent they ended up buying numerous fake google reviews to bury my one down the list and bump up their overall score...but anyway I am a real advocate of online reviews, as I think it's fundamental to share with others your opinion about a business, so here we are anyway. They wasted our time by pretty much forcing us into accepting an offer, basically saying that they trusted 100% the buyer as they knew the family, when it wasn't really the case. Our sale then took 9 months to take place, which really was not ideal. It's a shame that some businesses show very little consideration for their clients and I am afraid MG ticks most boxes when it comes to just that, so please don't waste your time and energy with them...they don't care about you!PS: they didn't even bother sending us an email/calling us to congratulate us on our sale/purchase after all that time dealing with us!!

TrustpilotGood and Reliable
Our previous agent went bankrupt, leaving his clients stranded. Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents took over and I am, as the director of our freehold, very happy with our choice. Sasha and Paula go to great lengths to make the transition as easy as possible. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents.
