Overall Martyn Gerrard during the process provided a very friendly and professional service throughout. The agent called Fatmir was the main agent I have dealt with. He was very helpful and helped the process to be as smooth as possible. Any questions I had were dealt with efficiently.

GoogleRented a flat from this office in September 2023. Had to reject the tenancy, as any renter legally can within the first 30 days on a specific set of grounds. Wouldn’t do business with them again.

Selling a home is not a fun experience but Umit at Martyn Gerrard did a really great job. They’re not the cheapest agents but they were highly recommended to me and true to that commendation I found Umit to be fully committed to the sale, even though it was a small property that might not net them so much commission. A complete disaster of a property management service. Long running issues where they have allowed the contractor to charge 4 separate call-out charges only to conclude that it’s a different problem altogether. No verification of problem with tenants or site visits. Escalations to management routinely ignored. Either a shoddy contractor, shoddy management or both. Or worse, collusion with contractor to maximise call out charges. No longer happy to pay a premium price for a sub standard service. AVOID if you are a landlord.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service. Arrived for a viewing as scheduled but no one from the letting agency was present. Multiple attempts to contact them on the provided numbers were unsuccessful.
Hi Jake, thanks for alerting us to this. We had arranged viewings with different perspective tenants at the property and our negotiator was there between 3:15 to 3:45 pm. I believe you were due to view at 3.30. We are sorry if there was any confusion over times. We aren't sure which numbers you called as we didn't find any messages from you. Our office manager is going to call you and try and sort things out.
