Thanks to Martyn Gerrard I was able to apply for and be approved for a flat that I found online and was very fond of. Sophie and co made it happen for me despite being abroad and doing everything remotely and also with a 4 hour time difference. The approval process is not the most customer friendly and also I think it should be better explained as to the requirements and parts of the process before. For instance I paid a non refundable holding fee after being misinformed that my salary was high enough to not need to justify any extra income or savings to pass the approval process which was not the case, causing some stress and extra work from my side. In this process you almost feel like you’re asking a favour of the company/landlord, and not the other way round, offering to enter into a contract and pay said landlord/company. But over all a good experience, and I hope it continues that way. Thanks guys!

We spoke with several agents but Martyn Gerrard and Andy in particular seemed to be the most professional, communicated well with me and seem to work well as a team. Martyn Gerrard have been letting my properties for several years and they have always delivered quality service and tenants. I have dealt with many agents as property developer and landlord and must say haven’t found any to match the quality of MG this far. Recently I was impressed again by Moshi who I believe has recently joined the team. Must say another good addition to the team. Impressed me with his sales skill and delivered what he promised. With 24 hours arranged access, visited the property, completed valuation and then sent me the T&Cs including and attractive rental valuation, all in less than 24 hours. Confident he will deliver the end result as his colleagues have done in the past.
