I am a landlord. Unfortunately, this company are involved inthe management of the flats that I let. I have had many problems with their accounts of my service charge and Martyn Gerrard have made many errors. Mr Wai Lee has been particularly rude and threatening in his emails he has sent me. This year they have made yet another mistake in my service charge account for 2025and immediately threatened me with court action when the error was their fault entirely.

Her professionalism and dedication were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home that met all our needs. I wrote yesterday to see a house in Muswell Hill. They sent me an e-mail saying they're making an appointment for the 13.00. Hours passed but they did not send a confirmation email. I emailed again and asked if I could see the house at 1:00. The person who was interested said that there was a conflict in her agenda and that she could give me an appointment at 13.30.I told them ok. Two hours before I was due to leave the house, they called me and said they hadn't received the key from the landlord. There is no key, how do you make an appointment? They are not professional at all. I will not look for a house through them and I do not recommend it to you either.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the property owner couldn’t get the keys to us in time for the viewing. Although we informed you as soon as we found out, we understand the frustration this caused and are truly sorry for the disruption.

I was left in a horrendous situation by another agency who botched things so badly that I was left without a home to move into on my scheduled moving day with no notice whatsoever. Daniel at Martyn Gerrard expertly jumped in to help and managed to pull off a small miracle and get me into the perfect place very quickly, where I am now very happy. He was professional, efficient, and really helped me out in a highly stressful situation. Can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone.

Craig Thompkins and his team were absolutely amazing during our house sale. A simple sale turned into a nightmare as a result of the other solicitors. This caused us a great deal of stress. Without Craig on the other end of the phone, I and my wife, especially, would not have been able to get through. He was always available to answer calls and questions. He assisted in chasing the other side and placing pressure in the right way at the right time on the right parties to ensure we achieved our deadline to exchange and complete. He is extremely professional as well as empathetic and understanding. When he was personally not available, a member of his team was always on hand. I cannot thank and praise Craig highly enough. He definitely deserves a huge recognition. If you need your property sold, or if you are looking to buy then Craig is your man. He will not stop until the deal is done!

I cannot praise the team at Martyn Gerrard high enough. Bruvis, Jamie and Alex were great from the start. Their communication is excellent, keeping me updated throughout the process. Jamie and Alex did the viewings for me and were always on time and respectful. Once the property went under offer Bruvis took over. He has communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date. He even took it upon himself to speak on several occasions to other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to find out the status of the sale. I couldn't have used a nicer group of people. They've all been so friendly. It's been a pleasure selling my home through them and I don't hesitate to recommend them.
