GoogleNicky is excellent. We had to rush to let our apartment and she was extremely efficient. She also arranged for the furniture to be collected last minute without us incurring any charges which was over and above good service. Our neighbours have complimented our tenants and so we know they are good people. Really couldn’t recommend Nicky enough.

GoogleWe have been extremely happy with the Morden sales team. We were caught up during Covid and ended up having loosing 2 buyers during the time. The sales team were extremely pro-active each time organising viewings as the property was vacant; finding us new buyers and keeping us informed throughout the sale process. GoogleWe have been Andrews customers (tenants) for more than 10 years in 2 properties. Overall, compared to other agencies in the area, they are the better ones. Even if they are often limited by landlords, they are responsive and try to help with issues.They stuff are friendly but professional (especially Peter who was doing property checks).

GoogleAbsolute time wasters. I viewed a property during week days, placed an offer straightaway with all information required. Also I mentioned the fact that I have holidays booked and have a flight to catch in 10 days. Nothing was taken in consideration, wasted 4 working days and they returned to me with an answer that landlord has declined my offer. I would have appreciated any sort of urgency to be honest. Who takes 4 days to decide that’s it’s a NO. Had to cancel my flights and holidays due to the slow actions of Andrews estate agents Morden branch. So sorry but I am very disappointed of their laid back approach.
