We were both selling and buying property via Mason Kelly and dealt with Craig. At first our property was for sale with another estate agent, but we didn't have much luck or overly nice experience there. Craig found a buyer in a couple of weeks. Craig gave as so much support throughout the whole process, being in constant contact with all parties solicitors, pushing the case forward, advising on what should be done if solicitors had any inquiries. It would be much more stressful experience without him and we actually felt bad that after so much work, his fees are quite low in comparison to others, while the service is absolutely outstanding. And on the top of that he is genuinely nice chap. If you are looking for the agent, Craig is the guy for you!

GoogleI received an absolutely faultless service from BNS when selling and buying my new home through them! All the staff were amazing however particular thanks to John Nutter! He is such a kind hearted person and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was very sensitive to our family circumstances during our move (as we were imminently due another baby). I personally would not use another estate agent other than BNS, family and friends have (we have lived in the area 30 years plus) and they have all said they haven't received a service like ours! I can not speak highly enough of them.

GoogleWe used Mason Kelly to buy and sell. Craig was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He literally managed to sell our house over night in order to buy our dream house. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We would be more than happy to recommend Craig to all friends and families.

Craig at Mason Kelly couldn't of done more to.help myself and my wife sell our flat, he had the flat sold within a week. He spent time selling our flat and goes into detail with potential buyers, not like other agents who quickly show you rooms and your outta there before you know it. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and he keeps you up to date with everything that's going on. The service was that good that on the day of completion he met my wife and I for a coffee to collect our keys which was a really nice touch. Other Estate agents you normally have to just go to there office. I highly recommend Mason Kelly to the point I would always use them no matter of the cost cause I know I'll be getting a fantastic service.

We had a quick chat over a drink with Craig about a potential move in the future. He said why don't we market our house to see what interest and before we knew it, we had our first viewing at a time & date that suited us. With Craig's passion & researched knowledge of our house & area, an offer was place almost at the asking price of which suited us perfectly. He kept us informed & recommended an insurance broker, solicitors & a surveyor. From thinking to doing with little stress...... I now write this review from our new amazing home with a smug grin!

There are plenty of agents who claim to offer a personal and professional service, but few who actually deliver on these words. When Craig took on our house sale, things had been static for some time. He took a completely fresh approach to the marketing, found prospective buyers that were serious and simply made things happen. Along the way, there were hard but pragmatic decisions that needed to be addressed and his interpersonal skills made things work for both us and the buyer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig or Mason Kelly to prospective vendors or buyers - he provides an excellent service.

I couldn’t have asked for someone more trustworthy to have managed what was a stressful process what with getting married at the same time Thank you Jo, and to Katie also during the negotiations phase.

GoogleExcellent professional service from start to finish. Great photos including drone shots which really helped create interest. Kept updated at all times and calls returned promptly. Our chain was very problematic but Sandra worked incredibly hard to pull everything together in time for our preferred date. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Feck, I never want to sell another house, but if I do I'll be calling Craig at Mason Kelly. The sale of my property was not straight forward, and subject to what's probably a common array of shenanigans with buyers and solicitors alike. Craig went above and beyond at every stage. He is the voice of reason, a solver of problems. I don't want to labour the point, but Craig flippin' earned his fee.
