GoogleWe've used many estate agents over the years, but selling our house with Bryan and the team was stand out the most straightforward and professional process we've had. I rarely write reviews, but Briscombe Nutter & Staff's solid advice when it came to achieving our sale and the exceptional customer service we received throughout, compelled me to voice it. Certainly won't be going anywhere else next time round. Good work team, thanks again!!

GoogleCan you please respond. Over a year in a unfit property covered in mould. With two daughters and a baby on a way and I can't apply for a council until you give me a eviction letter.and don't bother with you can always look for elsewhere it shouldn't take a year to be left in this condition.

GoogleDo not do business with these people. Two weeks after I signed up i was told to check the small print and discover that it's a fixed contract. You pay £120 (in my case) every week for six months, no flexibility, no cancellation clause. They started the campaign without go ahead on artwork and refused to filter by home value as stated in my contract. Aggravating account manager whose only interest is seeing the contract out. 4 months in, zero calls or emails from clients. I hate this company.

GoogleGreat service from Sandra & Evija throughout. We had a terrible experience with one buyer who wasted six months of our time, but the Gazeal insurance policy at least compensated us for costs incurred, and paid for a holiday! Highly recommended.

GoogleCraig clearly works hard to make a sale. He even picked me up and brought me to view this house. He made great efforts to arrange the deal and was quick to chase up any problems if the sale appeared to be stalling. He was helpful and easy to communicate with and even carried my new mattress upstairs for me the day I picked up the keys to my house!

GoogleKnight Edmonds come highly recommended by us. We've been on quite a journey to finally get to the point of moving home. As a family we've had a lot of ups and downs throughout what has been a tough process. The Knight Edmonds team have been amazing, they supported us through really tough moments in our house sale journey and didn't hesistate to offer us solutions and alternative options when we needed guidance. We appreciated their local knowledge, the time and effort they took to prepare for the appraisal, the quality of their photos and videos and most especially the personable friendly approach of the whole team. They say that they were just doing their jobs, we say they went above and beyond what we anticipated and we are very grateful. We are sure they support all clients just as well and we definitely highly recommend them!
