GoogleBest property company I've rented through. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems, however minor, are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Despite the fact the property is managed by Houseman Properties for the landlord, I always feel that they are looking after me too and I'm never 'just the tenant'. Although the property isn't my house, it is very much my home and my opinion is always kindly taken into consideration if any work needs doing here. Too many horror stories around about renting, but absolutely not the situation here. Great agent, obliging landlord and I'm a very happy tenant!

We would like to thank Houseman Properties for everything you’ve done for us over the last two and a half years in renting out our former home in East Finchley. In the first place, you found us the most fantastic tenants within just a few days of putting the property on the market – a family relocating from abroad on the basis of a five-year employment contract. You then negotiated a good rent for us and sorted out all the documentation, including the Tenancy Agreement, and made sure that we had a rental guarantee in place. We found your service excellent and very good value. Sensibly, we asked you to manage the property for us. The cost was very reasonable, and the benefit to us has been enormous. You are always available to sort out any problem, even in the evenings and at weekends, when other letting agents and managing agents cannot be contacted. It’s been invaluable to have you at the end of the phone. The tenants like dealing with you and we particularly like the way that this puts our relationship with the tenants on a purely business footing, which is best all round. We will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to anyone who wants to let a property with peace of mind.

FacebookIf I could, I would not have given a single star for how bad the experience with this agency I had. My deposit was withheld as I paid for cleaning before handing over the keys. They have no reason to stop my deposit because I left the house as it was given to me. I'm going to give them in the court so that others don't suffer like I did. Shame on you .😤🫣🫣🤥

It also provides monthly and annual statements facilitating hassle-free accounting. Before using Houseman, I had to deal with all the hassles myself. Houseman has taken all the stress from me. I highly recommend Houseman. I would not even consider using anyone else.
