Fantastic service and lovely people to do business with.

Raphael and his team have been fantastic throughout the entire process of renting out our family home. Being new landlords we needed expertise, guidance and a no-nonsense professional service we could reply upon. Raphael and his team at Houseman have delivered this and more. We would like to thank Houseman Properties for everything you’ve done for us over the last two and a half years in renting out our former home in East Finchley. In the first place, you found us the most fantastic tenants within just a few days of putting the property on the market – a family relocating from abroad on the basis of a five-year employment contract. You then negotiated a good rent for us and sorted out all the documentation, including the Tenancy Agreement, and made sure that we had a rental guarantee in place. We found your service excellent and very good value. Sensibly, we asked you to manage the property for us. The cost was very reasonable, and the benefit to us has been enormous. You are always available to sort out any problem, even in the evenings and at weekends, when other letting agents and managing agents cannot be contacted. It’s been invaluable to have you at the end of the phone. The tenants like dealing with you and we particularly like the way that this puts our relationship with the tenants on a purely business footing, which is best all round.
