Thank you for everything...

Dear Raphael & Emma, Houseman Homes I’ve known you both for several years and we’ve worked together on many occasions which I thank you for. In this time, you’ve sold mums house and this time round a house on behalf of my mother-in-law. 2020 was a challenge for many and during lockdown we had to move Lauren’s nan into full time care. It was a real tough time for all. We put Daphne’s house on the market to afford the full-time care and she unfortunately passed away. 93 years old and I’m pretty sure she wanted to kick my arse. You guys were absolutely first class. From advising us all on not taking certain offers, advising buyers on future planning permission to avoid time wasters, and handling the family during their loss. All of this as well as keeping the buyers informed throughout the probate. Thank you both for this above and beyond service. For taking care of the family home in a professional and personal way, achieving a fantastic price and looking after everyone. You guys were immense. Thank you! All the best Andrew Black

The flat was advertised late on a Friday afternoon, within two hours we had a number of good quality viewings booked and by the Monday we had a full price offer, which we accepted. Less than a week later our new tenants were happily settled. We rented a property managed by Raphael and Emma Phillips at Houseman Properties for two years. Our experience with Raphael and Emma was fantastic. They were very helpful and efficient when going through the various stages that led to our signing the rental agreement. They were easily reachable once we had moved into the apartment. They were responsive when we raised issues with the apartment. They organised repairs in a time-sensitive manner when needed. They agreed to a number of reasonable requests that we made in terms of replacing old furniture and acquiring new and needed furniture. Now that we have moved to a new place, I can say that Raphael and Emma acted in the same manner through the checkout process. They indicated the steps that we needed to comply with in order to retrieve our deposit and were courteous and responsive throughout the checkout process. All in all, dealing with Raphael and Emma was fantastic.

Outstanding property service, Gold standard service.

Houseman property are one of a kind property agents, they are very casual but very professional. We just got looked after from day one when we came to view the apartment.
