You and your team at Houseman Properties have provided us with a high quality, hassle free and expert service managing our flat and tenants. When our last tenants recently gave notice to move out you were on the phone to us quickly to explain the situation, putting our minds at ease that everything was under control. Always true to your word you were able to find new high quality tenants within a couple of days and have all the required checks and references in place very quickly. Our input has been very minimal, all the hassle and stress was completely taken away, and importantly our income stream hasn’t been effected. Many thanks for all your guidance, help and support.
