Excellent service. We’ve been with this estate agent for just 1 (one) week and they have sold our property for us. They have been spot on with everything they have done for us. I couldn’t praise them enough. The best Estate Agents that we have ever dealt with, and we’ve dealt with a few. EXCELLENT AGENTS 💯

GoogleMiddlesbrough branch- This estate agency treats people looking for tenancy as dirt. The would keep you in dark and are not at all reliable. Would not tell you any probable timeline for start of tenancy/moving but will advertise the property as immediately available. After weeks of chasing phone calls, online viewing, tenancy application and going through the secret lottery of choosing the prospective tenant, they took holding deposit, did references and one about week before moving date withdrew tenancy paperwork citing landlord wants to sell. I was left dumbstruck...My whole joining week of the new job was spent in finding a place to rent. Time wasters.....They do not value the time for renters.

GoogleLazy letting agents. Enquired about a property, was told that it would a group viewing and there would be five other applicants there and viewing it at the same time, I have viewed multiple properties in recent weeks and never have I had a group viewing. Couldn't even answer a question of whether a property up for rent, was pet friendly or not and told me I would have to view it and then apply, before giving me this answer. A property is either pet friendly or not, there is no middle ground.

GoogleThe Middlesbrough team, both lettings and sales side have been absolutely amazing. Helpful, tenacious, good communicators and never giving up on what has been sometimes difficult circumstances. They have risen to the challenge every time. They have sold a number of properties for me now and I highly recommend them in all aspects. Very competent, efficient, friendly and a great, capable and keen team who have always bent over backwards to make things happen. Well done and thank you all. Very happy- use them with confidence.

GoogleTerrible cancelled a viewing then rearranged then called the morning of the viewing to say had been cancelled again but had booked me in for a viewing for the wrong property , not professional at all avoid dont waste your time

The Stockton office team made selling mum’s house a positive experience from start to finish. Luke started by giving me a realistic selling price and some accurate insights into the process. I was kept updated throughout the sale and Emeline and Marion in particular provided timely information on viewer feedback and the eventual buyer’s progress through the process. It was nice to find that when somebody was away others in the office had access to file notes and I wasn’t left waiting for their return. Excellent service and I would use Michael Poole next time.

TrustpilotExtremely Poor Communication and Lack of Support from Michael Poole
We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office, if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact. The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored. Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.
