GoogleIt’s taken me three months to get my tenancy deposit back and that’s only because I got the tenancy deposit scheme people involved. These agents started ignoring my emails after I moved out, didn’t even bother to communicate or give any explanation for the delay. They also allowed the landlord into the flat without my consent on one occasion. Avoid these agents if you are a tenant.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the whole team at the Stockton Office. Their professionalism, approachability and support throughout the rollercoaster ride of selling my property combined with purchasing another was exceptional. A special mention for both Marion and Emeline must be given, who both went above and beyond to ensure I was always kept up to date, answered any queries or concerns promptly and skilfully guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Poole to anyone and have again enlisted them to carry out the sale of my mum’s property and the purchase of her new home.

Our sale was a probate sale following the death of a parent. All Michael Poole staff took this into account and I felt like I was treated with empathy and respect. Particular mention to Matthew who valued the property with kindness and understanding but prize must go to Jack Johnston who was really supportive at a very difficult time. He kept my faith in the whole process and dealt with my emotions with the utmost respect.

Michael Poole have been excellent throughout my house purchase. Jack has kept me updated along the way. It was lovely to receive a welcome pack when I collected my keys of tea, washing kit etc which are staples of when you set a house up. Thoroughly reccomend.

GoogleTerrible service. Valued a property for my mother and it was evident the valuer was either underqualified or tried to low ball to secure an easy sale. My opinion it was the latter. The property eventually sold for 20% more than what your agent wanted to market it at.

GoogleTom, Craig and Sophie provided a first class experience which led to a sale in less than 24 hours. We had to push our timeline up to enable a quick sale to not lose out on a property. Tom re-arranged his diary to accommodate us in a quick fashion for initial valuation. Craig had the marketing team quickly produce the marketing material for the property.
