Stacey and Leanne were so supportive on the sale of our property. It wasn't always the smoothest with the various hurdles that we needed to get through, but the support of the MP team was hugely appreciated throughout. In particular the extra support provided with the property sale, noting we live 4hrs away, saved us a huge amount of hassle! Thanks again - I just hope that when we come to buying our next house we have a team as good as you to support us through it!

GoogleProbably the most professional estate agents we have been with. They arranged our viewing, our referencing was smooth and any questions we had they responded swiftly. They assisted us from start to finish, the team are very knowledgeable with customer service, the general market and met our needs. A special mention to Suzzannah and Scott who worked tirelessly to get us sorted in the property we are in now. They were very kind, professional, clear and very transparent about their services or what is required of us during the referencing stage. GoogleToday i have a phone call with Ava, she was really lovely on the phone and professional and answered my questions (which were many). She really made me feel understood even though i accidentally applied for the wrong property lol. But thank you for taking the time to call me and help me.

GoogleFrom booking viewings to placing an offer on a property both Tracy and Victoria have been efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tracy was a huge help in providing detailed information on the local area, schools and amenities. All of the questions we had were answered promptly and honestly. Victoria has been wonderful at keeping us informed during the purchase process. She provided us with a checklist on what to expect from start to finish which was a nice detail and has proven to be very helpful. Thank you.

Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a valuation and they didn't turn up. They said they'd doubled booked as they were changing over computer systems. This was even though they'd sent us an email that morning reminding us of the appointment.

Honestly could not fault them, they was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a not so straight forward sale. They are fast with responses and deal with matters and at a point in my sale I was feel very disconnected with my sale and not very informed by other people, but these guys had no problem keeping me updated and made me feel part of my own house purchase again. I would recommend them to everyone and have already done so a few times.
