Avoid Avoid Avoid ,dishonest game playing liars at the Derby branch tried to make an offer they wanted us to jump through a million hoops without it being accepted. we booked to view they went to a different property that they sent a link to that we had zero interest in so a wasted trip with no apology ! when we did view the guy couldn't open the garage and knew nothing about the property he just said i don't know im just here to open the door he really didn't care a bit , looked totally fed up made us want to go without viewing

Countrywise Conveyancing through Frank Innes

Myself and my parter are buying a house and our seller is using a Frank Innes recommended Conveyancer.. Countrywise. This has caused so many issues the entire sale is on the brink of falling through. Absolutely appalling. We have spoken with the seller who didn't receive enquiries for 3 Weeks after the solicitor had received them. The seller had responded two days later and a month on and the Frank Innes 'Recommended' (aka same company) solicitors have still not provided these to our solicitor to proceed. This 'recommended' solicitor has single handed-ly held up the sale/purchase of this home at a detriment to everyone involved for no reason. Our solicitor have seen the enquiries from the seller directly and know these are correct but cannot accept them due to conflict of interest. Still they have not managed to email them to our solicitors 3 days later after false guarantee after guarantee. 0% Confidence with this company and would recommend to look elsewhere if selling/buying. Totally awful experience and wish there was a better level of customer service/way to escalate issues but there appears to be nothing of the sort. Just keep calling and keep being told 'its being escalated' yet nothing is happening.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this has been the worst lettings experience ever. To summarise, we trusted Frank Innes to get some nice tenants in my clients property (who lives in another country). They told us it was a single lady living there, however 12 months later, after 2 months of not receiving rent and then the tenants staying in for an extra 3 months with no rent received. After they finally left, the tenants completely destroyed the property, rather than it being an apparent single lady living there, my builder has just found out there were over 5 tenants living in the property, some Nigerian men with children (we have a driving license of one of the men that was left in the property to prove). They ended up completely trashing the whole property, seemingly intentionally, and my client has ended up having to spend an extra £3,500 renovating the property, after already initially renovating it before the tenants moved in. So we are lied to about who the tenant was. We were lied to about the inspection reports, they said everything looks good and was fine. Which it absolutely wasn't. Then finally, 5 months later, after the tenants finally left they said it just needs a 'deep clean'. Then when we wanted to claim the missing rent that wasn't paid along with the deposit. Frank Innes told us that we only need to claim £400 as that would be enough to renovate the property. Which again is another lie. I never leave negative reviews as I don't like to bring other companies or people down, but this was a complete mess. I think as a company they ought to be responsible and contribute to the costs that the owner has incurred.

first time moving and they made it such an easy experience. i most definitely was not the easiest of their customers, i would ring them at least once a day with a question about the application process and they were brilliant with dealing with my queries. i’ve now moved into the property which had a few issues to begin with and they’ve contacted the landlord who is now getting a contractor out, so they were great with that. i also wanted to change the date my rent was due which they made a simple and quick process. To say this was my first ever move and should’ve been at least a somewhat stressful experience they made it such a smooth experience and explained everything to me in a way i understood as a first time tenant.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had nothing but trouble very slow to do repairs. The windows didn’t close the whole year I was there. Upon leaving they kept half the deposit for a minor repair. Absolute charlatans.

I am in the process of purchasing a house with Frank Innes Sutton in Ashfield. Professionalism from Lewis Moss - Sales Negotiator has been outstanding! He is knowledgeable and certainly an approachable individual with excellent customer service. As a first-time investor, the world of property is extremely daunting. I understand that estate agents deal with 'big' money and keen investors. Never once have I felt that my questions posed was insignificant or irrelevant. My lack of experience in this area did not phase Lewis at all. In fact, him sharing /educating me whilst viewing the property solidified the deal for me. A huge thank you, we are grateful!
