From start to finish , the service provided by Emma at Frank Innes in Uttoxeter was exemplary. Communication was consistent throughout and we were kept informed at each step of the way. Our queries were answered swiftly, and solutions to dilemmas were quickly found and made available to us. I’ve had a broken shower for about 5 days and was told by frank innes to alert it on the system and it will be fixed, the staff have been extremely unhelpful with resolving this problem as I have alerted it 5 times and still 5 days later haven’t had anyone contact me about getting my shower fixed. Every time I call someone working at frank innes it’s like it’s an inconvenience to them that my shower at a property they are responsible has broken.

GoogleSelling a house is a major thing in your lives especially if you have lived in your property for the best part of 38 years. Having decided to sell, we invited a number of estate agents out for the valuation process. Alice from the Mapperley branch came to see us. She made us feel at complete ease with the process and spent time explaining the process in full. She was knowledgeable and knew the market at the time. Although we didn’t actually decide to sell with them, Alice still kept in touch and suggested ideas when we weren’t initially getting people through the door. Even when we did eventually get a sale, she still kept in touch, congratulating us for the journey. We found Alice pleasant to deal with and had our circumstances been just a little different, we would definitely had been giving her a call to market our property. We would certainly have no issues in recommending anyone to give them a go. Thank you for keeping in touch Alice, accredit to the team.

I can only confirm previous adverse comments The staff are unhelpful and unprofessional and appear inadequately trained. Property inspections, seldom done on time, are far from perfect and . as with outgoing inspections, lack credibility. Defects are not noted and inventories are not checked

Valuation agent (Emily) didn't show up for an appointment scheduled in advance. No apology or attempts to make it right. Branch manager Mark isn't aware of their formal complaints. A company that values wasting everyone's time.
