I've been misled from Frank Inners and they don't care my situation.

I went to look for a room in February and Abby Ashmore ( who is working at the Mapperley branch in Nottingham ) told me there will be 3 people including me in the house. Then I signed the tenancy agreement and moved in the house, after a while I found out that there were 5 people living in the house. There were 2 more Indians living in the house. They have an agreement with the landlord, not the agency.Even though I reported this to the agency, they did not help me in any way and they continue to make me suffer, this situation continues to affect my psychology and my work.They told me to pay 300 extra for the ads. and even though I paid for that too, they haven't found anyone yet.Unfortunately, in this process, they choose the side of the landlord and do not help me at all.

Avoid, dishonest people

Rented from the agency in nottingham. Horrible horrible, made me pay on the 28th but gave me the keys 3 days later, issues with the contract, bad attitude, slow process for the rent and at the end of tenancy they are trying to put a false claim against me to get money. I have proof of every false claim they did. Let's see if they can bully people in front of a judge. Avoid them in nottingham

We had a great experience finding a rental property through Frank Innes Mapperley. Abby, who helped us secure the property, was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout. The company’s use of online services made signing the contract and the setting up of utilities a smooth and seamless process, and very helpfully they set up home insurance on our behalf before our move-in date. We were also impressed by their use of an unbiased third party to take thorough photos of the property’s condition prior to us moving in. The property itself is beautiful, far superior to what else we saw on the market, and we are very happy with it.

I wish there was an option for zero…

This company have cost me so much money in the mismanagement of my property over the 2 and a half years I used their services.I’ve lost rent due to poor communication, I’ve been charged well over the odds for maintenance and most of the work carried out was to an awful standard. New doors fitted that don’t actually close, and a patio that looks like it’s been laid by a child to name just a couple (see my profile picture, that’s the finished product!)There were items missing on checkout that should have been deducted from the deposit, and they were trying to charge me £150 to secure a loose screw in the blind rail! I could go on!I’ve finally left them but trying to get any form of acknowledgement that I should be reimbursed for any of the substandard work they did (or even getting an apology) has proved impossible.I would warn anyone who is looking to let their property out to avoid them at all costs.

Totally Unprofessional and Incompetent

Totally Unprofessional and Incompetent, our landlord they managed the property for went bankrupt, we were left in limbo for months with no information on what was happening, until a for sale sign went up outside our home, we were then treated like criminals for a year and a half, we had to get the local authority to force them to make repairs on our boiler in the dead of winter as they ignored our requests to fix it, we waited six weeks before it was repaired, no heating no hot water with temps outside at -5c, when we were eventually evicted through a section 21 no fault notice, it took them a month to realize we had moved out, they asked us why we hadn't paid that moths rent, totally cluess, avoid any dealings with this agency.

Currently in the process of renting my property out with the lettings team in Mapperley. Within hours of the property being advertised we received numerous notifications of viewings and secured a tenant really quickly. The quality of possible tenants was excellent and the communication from the offset has been commendable. Our tenants are due to move in within the next couple of weeks and I honestly never expected it to be so hassle free and easy. The ladies have taken care of absolutely everything which is exactly what I requested. I will definitely be recommending the team to family and friends in the future.

Absolutely horrendous service, would not recommend them, They were nice when they were trying to make commission and getting us to sign the tenancy agreement but once they have you in the property there customer service is outrageous, Unfortunately our circumstances changed we have been struggling to pay the rent and bills and they had no sympathy or empathy, Abbeys attitude is terrible , speaks to us like something under her shoe, think the jobs gone to her head, Riley has the same attitude Now I’m under the doctor with anxiety stress and depression, stuck in a house we can’t afford and hate

Unprofessional and incompetent

I've dealt with this agency throughout the buying process of my new and first home. My email requests have been ignored meaning I couldn't view my property until weeks before moving in, meetings have been cancelled last minute and promises have not been kept. I've felt completely let down and a lack of prioritisation has been shown. There is no communication and you are left in the dark for weeks without being provided with any updates. It was promised that all snagging issues were to be rectified before moving in and I've learnt that this has not been actioned. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous that you have to repeat the same issues to various employees and yet still nothing gets done about it.
