She is efficient, has brilliant communication skills and her professionalism is outstanding, nothing Is to much trouble and if she says she is going to get back to you, she does. Can highly recommend using the property management service at the Mapperley Branch.

If I could give no stars to the…

If I could give no stars to the Nottingham branch I would. Took 14 months to sell my empty property. Had 4 offers put forward from them at different times which I accepted. Unfortunately each time they didn’t do the due diligence I asked them to, and no suprise they all fell through. When it finally came to selling it, I was charged £600 by my solicitor to cover all of the sales that fell through. Didnt have a choice not to pay as was taken out of proceeds of house sale. How is that fair?They even tried at one point to get me to accept 17k less than asking price because the buyer couldn’t afford it!! Absolute joke. They are attached to Countrywide who are also a nightmare to deal with. Would never use again to buy or sell

I am very pleased to have gotten in contact with Frank Innes in regards to renting a property. I personally think that I've been in contact with all the girls in the mapperly office. Jessi Pabla has been the one that I've kept direct contact with, I can not speak a single bad word about the service that I have gotten , she has answered all of my questions and been very helpful ! She has made me feel "special" as a customer even if she probably has several other customer that she helps, that is what I call good customer service. I have been so pleased with the service I have received from Jessi and Jessica at Frank Innes in Mapperley. As a first time landlord, the process could not have been more stress-free, with everybody being on hand to answer questions and sort everything out promptly. When I had my initial discussion with Jessica, I had no idea what to expect in the process of putting my house up for rent but she explained everything so well and made it very easy to understand. Jessica was brilliant! She was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She kept me informed at all times to confirm the stages of my rental property. Jessica was also very efficient and very detailed when providing information. She had my property live to rent within a few hours of leaving my property and had arranged many viewings within a day. She replies to emails very quickly and has given exemplary service. Jessi dealt with the paperwork side and informed me of how the viewings went and what would happen next. She was also friendly, knowledge and has provided fantastic customer service. My property was live on the internet and tenants were found within a few days. Extremely disappointed with the service by Lauren Lonsdale whom comes across very polite but clearly caught out lying. One occasion we viewed a property sent the application via email. Unfortunately waiting for her reply which didn't happen I called and she confirmed it's been taken. Second occasion booked a property for viewing two day before viewing the property showed LET AGREED on the website. I spoke to Lauren day before the viewing to confirm and she clearly lied the property had just been agreed this morning when I seen the LET AGREED stated day before. We travel from Sheffield and it would have been a total waste of journey to Nottingham. Communication is very poor and Didn't offered to help look for another property. Unprofessional infact lost out on long term tenants, will not recommend.

So as a Property Developer I would say…

So as a Property Developer I would say I understand the game very well, however there is a BIG difference in the game, and the market? Don't get me wrong I had a few agents out to give me there assessment on this property. By far the duo team Niamh, and Beth at Frank innes were exceptional in every way. They had great knowledge on demographics, and gave me some really good ideas on how to maximise my rental returns. These two are the type ladies that every landlord needs to manage there rentals. They are honest, fair, not pushy, and very genuine.

Please please please do NOT use this company, they are deceitful, I rented for a short time whilst I bought a property, I left the term early and continued to pay rent until a new tenant was found, many days the listing showed as "let agreed", when in fact the property was available, I kept screen shots and lodged a complaint

Having been deployed to Nottingham early last month, I desired to find a suitable place for my family and I but to no avail. All that changed when I came in contact with Frank Innes Sales and Letting Agents, but especially - Lois Hayes, who was genuinely concerned and interested in me getting a suitable property for the family. I am writing this review both as a landlord and as a potential buyer of another property.Frankinnes has been managing my property for the past two years, and I see the level of service they give for the exorbitant prices they charge is very poor when compared to other agencies who charge a fraction of this charge, but provide much more. A basic thing, I never get anyone to pick the phone in their branch if I need something. Is this a big ask?Recently a property had come for sale, and I wanted to have a viewing. I have managed to speak to the agent dealing with this property for a viewing, and have also emailed her more than four times for a viewing, and a date and time was confirmed through phone. But exact details like the actual address, and confirmation of the viewing has n ot been sent yet even after continuous phone calls and emails.Avoid this company like a plague!!!
