Alison and Cassie have both been fantastic in terms of keeping me up to speed with the house sale. Chasing both buyer and buyer solicitor and allowing me to be really hands off. This was through the covid pandemic when there was temporary halt to house sales and then the increased activity. The service I received never faltered. Jessi & Jessica in Mapperley branch have been very helpful in the process of letting our property again for us, there have been a few problems which needed to be sorted which was created from previous members in branch with letting to the previous tenants, but both of them have always made sure that these have been able to be sorted out - they are both very cheerful, polite and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues . & Gemma in Maintenance & Repair has also been very helpful in helping me resolve the issues left by the previous tenants - all in all The team work well, and look after our needs. well done ! keep up the good work.

After depressing lack of interest from other letting agencies in the area (none of whom have bothered to contact us since), we were delighted to find Jessi Pabla who is friendly, enthusiastic and nothing seems to be too much trouble. She found us the perfect new home and turned a very stressful time into a happy one. I do hope Frank Innes realise how wonderful all the staff at the Mapperley office are and the happy atmosphere they create for their clients compared to the other, disinterested, estate agents in the area.

Another one star to add to their recent…

Another one star to add to their recent reviews!! Rented a property from Frank Innes that was infested with mice from the day I moved in. Took them 2 months of penny pinching visits to rectify the problem, the mice since returned and it’s taken them 2 weeks to tell me this in now my responsibility!!! I’ve managed to keep my own properties free from rodents for 25 years so I’m dam sure it’s not my fault this house has mice! I’ve ended my tenancy early and never wish to have any dealings with this company again!! They also put the property up for sale 3 months into my tenancy so I was expected to accommodate hoards of viewers whilst supposedly living undisturbed in my home.There are plenty of letting agents out there, avoid this one!!!

If there was a zero star i would choose it

If there was a zero star i would choose it my issue is with the Mansfield branch i rented my bungalow for 7 years my landlord put it up for sale and didn't tell me as Frank Innes was meant to they didn't tell me either woke up to a for sale sign on the garden this was very upsetting and stressful and now have less than 8 weeks to find somewhere to live no communication or compassion Avoid Avoid like the plague

Terrible service

Terrible service was meant to move into a property let by Franks Innes and when we received keys the house was in disgusting condition none of the maintenance was done on house and smelt of dogs with stains all over carpets. Radiator and bannister hanging off the walls. It’s been over 2 weeks and still not received the deposit refunded. I would not recommend Frank Innes Mansfield to anybody .

My property was trashed by the tenant

Expensive fees but poor property managements. My house was trashed by the tenant and Franks Inns check out report only recommended a deep clean and suggested to claim £350 from deposits. End up I spent over £2500 to fix the mess (the property was refurbished before renting out). Moreover, they’ve failed to collect 3 months rent and asked me to take it to small claims court myself…Throughout the year, they’ve “mistakenly” charged me for some random service several times…
