Awful company-avoid at all costs. Dealt with 2 branches-one turns up without the code to get to the apartment block-leaving us on the street whilst he went back to the office to find the code. Then he came back without a key to get into the apartment-again leaving us there whilst he went back to the office to find the key.

Brilliant service! Just completed my house sale with Frank Innes Ashby de la Zouch branch and couldn't be happier! Sold my property within a few days and the communication was great throughout as Lindsey kept me regularly informed of up.dates from buyers and conveyancing company. The whole process took 14 weeks despite Christmas and a delay on our part. All the staff were professional, courteous and helpful and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I contacted Frank Innes about letting my house out, and within a week it had been put on the market, had 2 viewings and a holding deposit put down. Another week later and the contracts were signed. Impressed and relieved with the quick and easy process.They’ve also been really great with communication so far, keeping me up to date with the viewings etc.Thanks Olivia & Lydia!

Dont go near this company with a barge pole....let a house through them, paid deposit and had a confirmed move in date...only to be informed 2 weeks before commencement that the property actually wasnt available... even though it was still being actively listed on rightmove

I am waiting for over 3 months now to get a refund for the deposit. The property rented from Frank Innes West Bridgford was handed over back in Oct 2021 in very good condition with no reason to retain even £1 from the deposit. Every week I was told that someone will get back to me. This looks like a scam for me!

GoogleEasily one of the swiftest and stress free moves I've ever had over my 12 years of renting, (don't get me wrong it was a stressful point in my life) but Abby's professionalism made it a dream. Believe it was Jessica that shown me around the flat I chose in the end, both were extremely helpful with all of this. Can't thank you guys enough. 5 stars all round.

GoogleMy house was up for sale with another agent for five months, the last three in lockdown admittedly, with only four viewings and no offers. I changed to Frank Innes at the start of June and had an offer in two days. Since then the Mapperley office have been in weekly contact with me and my buyer through another difficult period of five months waiting for the sale to progress. During that period the energy and enthusiasm of Cassie, my case agent, has kept me going. Her willingness to chase things up and keep me informed has been excellent. If you want an agency with up to date market knowledge, a large client base, and a proactive mindset, choose Frank Innes. They have sold two properties on my Close in quick succession, and are onto a third.

LANDLORDS AVOID FRANK INNES DERBYI would NOT recommend Frank Innes to any landlords after a year and a half. Inspections are not undertaken as per contract terms and the inventories are appaling. It almost appears they inspected with their eyes closed i.e Charlotte and Olivia. The staff members lie about literal photographic evidence, as if you are stupid. You have to chase and pressure them to do their jobs and when you are full time professional, you shouldn’t have to do when they take big cuts monthly. My last tenants have left my house damaged in some parts and unclean, i had charlotte telling me this was similar to previous inventatory, my property is new and pristine when i handed it over. olivia telling me it was acceptable when law states your property should be returned in the condition you handed it over. Ive never know such lazy dishonest people, they don’t care for their customers. Im now having to go through the omsbudsmen and considering taking legal action because the service is so bad. My uncle has also experienced the same issues. Looking at the reviews it’s not great for tenants either. Im happy to be parting ways from Frank innes and to be going with Hannells

Absolutely appalling service from the moment I signed for the my new rental property. Frank innes assured me that the landlord had carried out an inventory on the property and that it was ready for me to move in. On the day I received the keys I went to start moving and on inspection of the property it was absolutely disgusting it stunk of dogs as soon as I walked in the house. All the light Grey carpets had brown stains in all the rooms and banister rail and radiator were hanging off the walls in the landing. The whole house was filthy and frankly I wouldn't let a dog live the property. And to top it off I'm still waiting for the funds to refunded back to me over 2 weeks later. So much for Frank innes carrying out inventories on their rental portfolio. I would never recommend them to anybody
