GoogleMy partner & I completed on our first house purchase a couple of weeks ago. We found the communications between us, the estate agent and the seller to be fantastic. As first time buyers we were also guided through the process with ease. The time taken between our offer being accepted and completion was 8 weeks. Everything ran smoothly and the team worked very hard to make sure the sale was quick & easy. Everyone at the branch was fantastic but three members really helped with the entire process. Olly took us on several viewings and was always very professional, friendly and informative. Neil helped a great deal once our offer had been accepted and he was always available if we needed any advice. Danielle our move manager was fantastic and so helpful. The whole team made sure our move was quick, both for our benefit & the sellers, easy & efficient. Thank you!

Having dealt with a range of other local agents throughout the moving process in various ways, the team at Romans were head and shoulders above in terms of professionalism, communication, and, ultimately, effectiveness. We dealt primarily with Tristan, who from the start was really open and honest. He explained clearly how the house would be priced and how sale strategy would be informed by market research. This research-driven approach really impressed us and was undoubtedly responsible for us selling our house as swiftly as we did. We were also blown away by the team's attention to detail in all aspects of the process, from the quality of photos and floor plans, through to making sure everyone on the team was familiar with the property and able to speak confidently to buyers about it. Once we were under offer, Tristan managed communication and the relationship with our buyers brilliantly. We always felt able to contact him, with even the smallest query and feel sure of a quick and helpful response. Above all, we felt that the Roman's Lower Earley team just worked incredibly hard to help us achieve our sale, for which we are extremely grateful.
