GoogleThese people act disgracefully. Borderline illegal behaviours, failing to vet tenants correctly, renting houses that are in a dangerous condition, failing to maintain properties or inform landlords of issues, threatening to evict within days of a missed rent payment, threatening illegally to withhold deposit monies. Don't be fooled by the nice young guys in the shopfront roles. Behind the scenes they embody the worst of professional property managers and rental agents.

GoogleIt was good however I wish the tenant was averaged over both tenants instead of based one with lower credit. Something for future support. The No Deposit Option was the only reason we went with Roman's and offer was rescinded after the invoice was provided. I find this miss leading to say the least.

GoogleWe sold and bought through Romans Lower Earley, used all their services and products, kept everything in-house. Throughout the entire process from advertising our property to completion of our sale and purchase we felt in good hands. Romans agents were confident, calm, were not pushy at all and achieved the desired result. If we would be seeking to upgrade on our home again we would definitely use Romans Services again.
