Very happy with the service I received from Joshua Mann at Romans - he was extremely responsive, helpful and patient with my queries during the sale of my property. I especially appreciated his chasing up of all parties to get the transaction over the line in a timely fashion. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Nothing was ever to much trouble, no question was ever a stupid question. Easy to contact. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. The Roman's team at Lower early (Sang, Tim, Anthony and Tom) did a great job right from when I asked them to put the property on market for rent and till the time it was rented. In comparison to other estate agents, they managed to get the most viewings and secured the tenant on a very professional manner within the timelines that was discussed. Great job and will work with them again in future... Thanks !

Following a very bad experience with another letting agent we changed to Romans at Lower Earley. They have made the changeover very easy and quickly found us a new tenant. Michal Matejka has been very helpful and is always polite. As we are living in Australia we are confident that we can trust Romans to look after our property.

It was mine and my partners first move, Romans helped us every step of the way, they always kept us in the loop, they answered any questions we had very quickly and very informative, our move couldn't have gone smoother and they even checked in on us a couple of days after to check if we were settling in okay. The showing and sales team were great. However it wasn’t possible for me to deposit cash and without an account, I had to rely on your employee Ms. Lucky Sharma to help me. The property move in was not scheduled according to a time convenient for me because the property manager was unwilling to help. The actual move in was great because the hand over staff were polite and very pleasant.

It was good however I wish the tenant was averaged over both tenants instead of based one with lower credit. Something for future support. The No Deposit Option was the only reason we went with Roman's and offer was rescinded after the invoice was provided. I find this miss leading to say the least.

Romans Lower Earley, were very efficient in handling in our renting process. The whole process done very quickly and prompt. They've provided us with enough information, and documentation to help us settle in quickly. The process of setting the viewing appointment, and up moving process. Our Property Manager as well has been helpful, any issues had been resolved quickly. This is a credit to the team that they have there.
