GoogleThey are good. Bit expensive. They stick to the process which is a good thing to do but it becomes bureaucracy and takes lot of time to deal with. One gentlemen by name Philip is of great help. He really understands what customer focus is.

GoogleI would highly recommend all potential tenants DO NOT buy their non-depaoit insurance, this company will make up whatever excuses to scrounge your pocket after tenancy no matter how noce you treated the house. The money spent is a total waste since you still need to deal with all kind of claims after all.

GoogleBuying a house is a challenging time. My partner and I had been buying a property through another agents but after 6 months of putting up with them bending the truth, we'd finally had enough and pulled out. We were in a bit of a rush to find our next property due to having our first baby on the way. All I can say is thank god we found a vacant house that we love through Romans. We liaised with Lee Glome from the Lower Early branch to negotiate the deal for us, and once that was agreed upon, Romans hand you over to their "Move Management" team. Lisa Roe was the lady on point to assist us from beginning to end of the deal and was constantly chasing the vendors solicitor on our behalf. It is honestly the most professional service I've been lucky enough to of experienced. I can't thank Lisa enough for all of the help and support she gave us, it made our first time purchase a lovely experience, and it was all completed within 4 weeks! If only more estate agents were like Romans!

GoogleThe service we received from Tom Skinner was excellent. He sold our house in two weeks and also arranged an open house one Saturday lunch time in December.. From the open house we had an offer which we accepted the following week, This was over the asking price due to the interest with the open house viewing. Tom was excellent,he updated us with every viewer we received at our property. Once we had sold the house Lisa Rowe then took over by updating us and our buyers with the progress of the sale. This has all gone smoothly and we complete in two weeks time. I would like to thank the staff at Romans for their excellent customer service.I would highly recommend Romans if you are thinking of buying or selling your property. Lyn & Ray Paton

I have been very impressed when dealing with agency as they have always been very proactive and Rob Flood has been very professional in his dealings with me and ensuring that I find a suitable tenant. I also find their managing services excellent and am impressed with their problem-solving and proactive approach. I would not hesitate to recomment them to others.

GoogleWe had a very good experience using Romans recently for the sale of our property in Earley. Tristan and his team were always available for queries and kept communications open and relevant. Compared to other other estate agents in the area they valued fairly to what we believed the property was worth and even managed to get plenty of interest to negotiate (up). I would highly recommend using them above others.

We put the property on the market late August 2020, had 3 viewings on Saturday 12th September, 3 offers the following Monday and we accepted one very close to the asking price on September 15th. Exchange of contracts took place on December 14th with completion 3 days later. GoogleAfter months of searching to no avail, we had just two weeks left on our previous tenancy. Romans Lower Early stepped in and blew us away (finding a home for a family of five with two dogs is not an easy task). The professionalism shown by the team was brilliant. As we have dogs, we expected a bit of a negotiation period. This wasn’t the case, within a couple of days the landlord had agreed to the terms. What followed was an extremely efficient process clearing up the document process, docusign is a timesaver of note. A big shout out must go to Jack and Anthony from the Lower Early Branch. Thank you for your professionalism and punctuality.
