GoogleI purchased the property from Romans Lower Earley. Starting from property viewing service, they offered a friendly and detailed introduction to the property. During the whole buying process, Adam, Joshua, Alison and Oliver provided an excellent service and prompt reply to my enquiries. They always keep me update on the status of the whole deal. Even after the sales, they also helped me to follow up some outstanding questions with the seller. In all, they've provided great service and support to me as a foreigner buyer! Highly recommended!

GoogleNeil From lower Earley branch has been amazing!!!!! He has to deal with a very tricky situation within our chain. He worked around the clock to suit all parties and dealt with very stressed people very well. Thank you so much Neil for your hard work!!! It did pay off as we love the house! GoogleI've rented house from Romans Lower Earley branch. People are kind and helpful. Anthony made renting process quite easy for me when i moved from overseas. And i have to add that Tessa is a very good letting manager. She is there anytime i need somebody assist me. I'm glad staying in a property managed by them.

GoogleRomans have been managing the rental of my property since 2021 to a very satisfactory standard but in particular in the last year Josh Property management became my appointed lead. Josh has handled all of my queries professionally, quickly and courteously each time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Phone conversations are also superb from Josh....clear and concise answers. I hope Josh remains my lead person for the duration of the current rental period.

GoogleI have recently sold my dads property through Romans which was a very distressing time for me as the house has been in the family for all my life but Joshua Mann in particular was fantastic throughout even when he had to deliver difficult messages. Joshua continuously kept me informed with regular updates even during the weeks when not a lot was going on. He’s a real asset to Roman’s for his professionalism and excellent communication. A big thanks must also go to Adam Colvin who was equally helpful and informative. If you’re looked after by Joshua or Adam you won’t go far wrong. Keep up the good work gents 👊🏽
