The overall experience of renting with Romans was very good. Anthony and the team did a great job at maintaining a great customer satisfaction. Even in the middle of a challenging global pandemic they've shown professionalism. Romans were responsive and listened to our needs and requirements. I am a new expat to UK, and I thought it will be difficult process to rent here. However my experience with Romans was excellent. Jack & Rachel were very kind and supportive. I enjoyed dealing with them. They offered a nice house in very nice area close to my work and kids school. I highly recommend them.

Anthony on Lettings is so professional and so helpful, he always comes back straight away from a phone call or email that has been sent. He is a credit to Romans. Tessa from the Maintenance side is outstanding she is so helpful and we were very lucky to have met her. Tessa made our whole experience with Romans a pleasure nothing was left undone. I managed to lock myself out of my flat this morning without my phone, wallet or anything. I called Romans using my neighbour's phone. Jack at Romans was kind enough to bring the keys down to me to save me a walk in the rain in my PJ's. Within 10 minutes of making the phone call Jack was there to let me back into my flat. Really helpful and prompt.

The Lettings team at the Lower Earley branch have always been very helping & friendly. Unfortunately I have had to give 3 stars due to to the Property Management Team in there HO-Molly in particular, who was unable to act professionally when it came to a dispute over Tenant deposit release. Inventory was done and they acted in favour of Tenant even though issues had been found from this.

I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough! After several unsuccessful attempts with other agencies, they managed to sell my house efficiently and at a great price. Romans managed the flat I rented for 4 years. Tessa was always very helpful, and friendly yet professional. Most issues were sorted out effectively and efficiently with the availability and permission of the Landlord also a factor. Sangharsha was very considerate, professional and accommodating when booking viewings. Services are a bit pricey and they tend to charge you whenever possible, but customer relations are good.

Fantastic service from the team. Neil, Tristan and Oliver were always professional and responsive. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and always provided feedback.
