Avoid, avoid and one more avoid. They gonna take keys without your permission and walk in to the house. When you try to be helpful and release property earlier to give new tenants chance to find school for kids they gonna say you need to pay £480 for re-advertisement 🤣 just for change date! And finally when you left keys because contract is end they will ignore you to sort it out deposit. Nice one never more.

I've rented a house from Romans Lower Earley branch. People are kind and helpful. Anthony made the renting process quite easy for me when I moved from overseas. And Rebecca is a very good letting manager. She is there anytime I need somebody to assist me. Thanks a lot.

I have found Romans in Lower Early very good, this is the 1st time I have used them and this is the 1st time I've rented a property. Anthony was very helpful and kept me updated on everything I had to do and keeping in contact to make sure everything went smoothly, very impressed

Many thanks to Neil, Tristan and Olly for seeing through my house purchase to completion! I was kept well informed at all stages and they answered all my queries promptly. Neil mediated to help myself and seller agree on a sale price through a difficult negotiation, as myself and seller are probably not the easiest clients to deal with when it comes to money. Neil was honest and open at all times even though sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear. The team were really helpful in allowing multiple viewings before purchase. I am really happy with my buying experience.
