For a landlord living overseas, the quality of service provided by a real estate agency is very important. My house has been under Romans full management for two and half years. They've always done well. In particular, Mr Joseph Gilliland keeps efficient and good communication with me even during the pandemic. House maintenance were arranged quickly and good. Good job!

Sold & Brought with Romans, Neil and team managed the process well and made sure things went as smoothly as they could. Our house sold quickly and even though we lost our first buyer we managed to get a move viewings the same week.

Sales team were excellent no complaints as a tenant however the after sales team on checkout made us feel like secound class citizens with discrepencies in the check out process in the contract and being made to feel that they were doing us a favour when we left the property in impecable clean state.
