You cannot get any better than this Estate Agents. Jenny, Sue and Heidi have gone above and beyond in ensuring the sale of our houses. We sold two with them at the same time which was stressful to say the least but they alleviated this stress greatly through both their continuous optimism and extensive knowledge of the market and the intricacies of legal matters also. They were always available to talk or email, and were absolutely determined to get our sales complete. We also bought a property through them which was so smooth and efficient. I genuinely do not think the sale of our houses would have happened without them. We are so so grateful.

This team is totally focussed on their customer and their individual needs. They were always one step ahead in terms of thinking about what needed to happen. They were open and honest in managing the sale. I was managing the sale from a distance so they made my life easy by managing as much as possible by email and phone. Superb Service

I recently sold my house through Newton Fallowell and the service i recieved was first class from start to finish. From the first visit i was impressed with the professionalism and their obvious will to work with my requests. Even in the last few days before moving my solicitors were abit slow but the team Amanda in particular work tirelessly to push forward and meet every issues i had head on. When you're in a long chain, as we were, you need good conveyancing solicitors and estate agents to help keep everything on track. The staff (specifically Heidi and Jenny) were very friendly, helpful and responsive. They made the whole experience as pain-free as possible. Our house was sold within 48 hours for the full asking price. It barely made it on the market! As with all house moves, there were some 'ups and downs' along the way from difficult buyers lower down the chain, but Jenny and Heidi found a solution to the problem and worked hard to keep everything on track and everyone as happy as possible. In short I would definitely use Newton Fallowell again. Great staff and a great service. Thank you everyone!

We recently sold our house with NFH and would highly recommend using them to anyone. They arranged many viewings within the first week of engaging them and after 4-5 days we had already received three offers including two at full asking price. They supported us throughout the process of selling the house which, entirely due to the conveyancers involved, was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been but the great help and advice from Sue in particular meant that we got there in the end. A great team and we would definitely use them again without hesitation when the time comes.
