I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the team at Newton Fallowell for their continued efforts and dedication in selling my house. Having encountered an unsuccessful experience with a previous service provider, I urgently required an agent that had comprehensive experience to value and market my property through the right media channels and to the correct target buyer. Within 24 hours of Richard visiting the property to value and undertake photography the house was on sale with a detailed versatile narrative to capture and stimulate the interest that the property deserved. Sue, who was my primary contact throughout the sale, certainly went the extra mile exceeding my expectations. The communication and regular update instilled me with great confidence that everything was being undertaken to ensure that the sale was on course for completion. I must also point out that in Sue’s absence the service provision was seamless as the rest of the team including Richard, Kerry, Elliot and Heidi to name a few, were fully up to date with the sale progress, enabling them to maintain a consistent service level. Best agent for local area

We have used Newton Fallowell for this sale and our last. Richard's local knowledge is excellent and he valued our property realistically, providing evidence of why he had reached his recommendation. We sold the property within 10 days and despite there being numerous legal issues surface during the process, Sue Moores kept on top of proceedings, working with us, our solicitor, our buyers and other organisations (local Council) to help resolve them. Excellent service throughout

We recently sold our property with Newton Fallowell in Loughborough and could not have asked for a better level of service. From the initial contact and valuation, to the day of completion, we felt as though every detail was taken care of and the team went out of their way to ensure a smooth sale. As we live 75 miles from property, we thought it might be a challenge to complete viewings etc, but that was all taken care of and included in the price. Nothing was too much trouble and I genuinely feel they walk a delicate line between taking care of both the buyer and the seller, something that can’t be easy at times! There were a few tricky moments, as I’m sure happens with most complex house transactions, but Jake and Jess were completely professional and supportive throughout. Communication is key, of course, and they were both always on hand to provide solutions, updates or just to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced service, but with every detail taken care of, these are the people to go with. We would not hesitate to recommend them and are very grateful for their service. Thank you to everyone involved :)

Great Team

We put our house on with Newton Fallowell Hartleys after we had been with another agent who failed to sell it. I must say what a difference between them. We had plenty of viewings and eventually had a successful sale. The whole team were very helpful and very on “ the ball”. Always rang me back when they said they would. Valuation was realistic. Advertising was effective. Price for acting as agent was competitive. Viewings were conducted professionally. Received two offers to the asking price after first viewing day. Good advice about dealing with competing offers ethically, and where the bidders were with selling their own properties etc..
