I've quite honestly never had such a smooth and efficient selling experience. Although Newton Fallowell Loughborough weren't based in West Bridgford (where we lived), we thought, what the hell - everyone looks online these days anyway. So we reached out to three agents, and Newton Fallowell were our favourites. They seemed like a genuine team of experts who'd be able to take everything off our hands and leave us to do the things that we needed to do, such as prepare our home for sale, and pack our things up. I'm so pleased we went with NF. From the moment they came out to do the valuation, to the moment our keys were handed over to the new owners, the whole process was smooth, efficient, and dealt with with the utmost professionalism, but with personality - not something I've had during a house sale before. The photos and property details were so good, we actually didn't want to leave - we thought we were mad for giving up our home. But we wanted to move to the next village. We'd already chosen where we wanted to live before even appointing NF and had no intention of losing our dream home. NF most certain bust a gut to make sure that didn't happen either. Not only did everything run smoothly, it took only SIX WEEKS from sale to us moving into our new home. Everything was executed perfectly. We've been in our new home for one year now We love our new home, and our buyers love our old home. Happy Days. I'd highly recommend the Newton Fallowell team for your next house sale. We first met the Newton Fallowell team when viewing a house they were selling. With their enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach we were soon convinced to sell our house with them. We were so impressed with how Sue, William, Elliot and Kerry marketed our property and it didn’t take long before we had the perfect buyer. But that was just the start, we had many issues with the property we were buying from another estate agent. Sue explained that as well as selling our house they would assist us with the whole process of buying our new home. Sue spent so much time dealing with our purchase, she walked us through our options for all of the small issues we encountered. Put us in touch with local experts to have surveys carried out and get estimates for any work. She would call us at least twice a week to keep us updated on the progress of the whole chain of buyers/sellers, frequently chasing conveyance solicitors and estate agents to overcome any hold ups. She was with us until completion and beyond. We were so impressed and grateful for all support we received from the whole team, and would wholeheartedly recommend Newton Fallowell Loughborough.

We have used Newton Fallowell for this sale and our last. Richard's local knowledge is excellent and he valued our property realistically, providing evidence of why he had reached his recommendation. We sold the property within 10 days and despite there being numerous legal issues surface during the process, Sue Moores kept on top of proceedings, working with us, our solicitor, our buyers and other organisations (local Council) to help resolve them. Above and Beyond Service

Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen. We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through. Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening.
