Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen. We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through. Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening. A professional and friendly service from a company that give the impression of really caring. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would also recommend them highly.

This is the second property we???ve successfully sold via Newton Fallowell Loughborough. Generally very good communication, and they showed understanding of the fact that this particular property was a rental with tenants in situ. Using solicitors they recommended meant they could chase up where necessary. The only slightly frustrating thing was during production of the sales brochure when several fairly obvious errors meant it took some back and forth to get it right. But overall would definitely use them again.

Very pleased with Newton Fallowell. Sold my house with them recently. Not only did they manage the sale, the head of sales (Sue Moores) sped up the process of our move massively by chasing up solicitors from all within the chain to keep the process moving. She was able to update us long before our solicitor could and when our solicitor gave us incorrect information Sue was able to give us the correct information. Very pleased.
