They are absolutely brilliant people! Great communication, 100% professional, and reliable service! After many many years of awful experiences with estate agents, we were incredibly happy with the service of Newton Fallowell Team in Loughborough. First of all, the agent who showed us around at the first viewing was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Even in this crazy market, the house was appropriately priced therefore we had no issues with the valuation. Amanda who was dealing with the price negotiation handled this part of the process in a very fair way. Our solicitor was terribly slow and gave out lots of misleading information but Jessica our case manager sorted out those issues within no time. She was the engine of our purchase and I’m sure we would have never got this house if she didn’t keep chasing all parties tirelessly. She wasn’t just super professional and efficient but kind and patient also. Besides, their whole team was great with small things like passing on messages, calling back when they promised, etc. which was again an unusual thing for me. We were so grateful for their outstanding service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

As we live 75 miles from property, we thought it might be a challenge to complete viewings etc, but that was all taken care of and included in the price. Nothing was too much trouble and I genuinely feel they walk a delicate line between taking care of both the buyer and the seller, something that can’t be easy at times! There were a few tricky moments, as I’m sure happens with most complex house transactions, but Jake and Jess were completely professional and supportive throughout. Communication is key, of course, and they were both always on hand to provide solutions, updates or just to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced service, but with every detail taken care of, these are the people to go with. We would not hesitate to recommend them and are very grateful for their service. Thank you to everyone involved :)

The team were absolutely fantastic! Houses will sell themselves but the support and comfort that the team gave us through one of the most difficult house sales we???ve been through was tremendous. You were amazing at helping me pull this all together when a solicitor in the chain was ignoring calls, emails etc you kept me sane as we just kept pulling it bit by bit. You answered all queries with speed, when things were so frustrating, you did not pacify me but if fair agreed it was not good enough, honesty that was not only refreshing but fair and supportive. A family member booked a viewing of a property listed by Newton Fallowell nearly a week in advance. Due to take place at 10:30 on a Thursday morning so they required time off work. Arrived at a property after a 30 minute drive, approx 10 mins before the viewing. Whilst waiting for the agent to arrive, at 10:23, they received a call from Newton Fallowell cancelling the viewing because the property had sold that morning. Shocking treatment. Also makes no sense to cancel a viewing 7 minutes in advance - wouldn't their Vendor want all offers on the table before making a decision, or to know if they were a cash buyer willing to offer more than asking etc? Something smells dodgy with the whole thing. Avoid!

We put our house on with Newton Fallowell Hartleys after we had been with another agent who failed to sell it. I must say what a difference between them. We had plenty of viewings and eventually had a successful sale. The whole team were very helpful and very on “ the ball”. Always rang me back when they said they would. We had a few legal problems but they leased well between us, the buyers and both sets of solicitors. Would definitely recommend to go with these agent if you are thinking of selling. Fantastic Service

Sue at Newton Fallowell was our link person with the purchase of our house. From the moment we met her at the property she was outstandingly helpful. She checked out things we needed to know. She kept us informed of legal matters from the sellers end but most importantly she advised us on how to manage issues with our conveyancing team ( when things were not going so great). All the team at Loughborough were so helpful. It really felt like a very personal relationship- they all knew exactly what was going on. Personally I would recommend Sue Moore for a Knighthood as she went to extreme measures to ensure our sale and purchase went through. We were kept informed at all times and we could not have asked for any more. They dealt with solicitors in the chain, our buyer, a developer to sort out a query on the deeds and many more things besides. Good Personalised Service

Sue Moores at the Loughborough office did a sterling job for the sale of my property, always updating me and keeping my sprits bouyant with her tenacity of purpose, good advice, and unflagging optimism. .we got there in the end, in spite of a laggardly performance by Moss LLP unfortunately one of the two firms of solicitors with which Newton Fallowell have a special relationship. However inside knowledge of the workings of that outfit possibly helped Sue to nudge things along for me. The recommended P.R intermediary Move With Us was not worth the trouble and I did not think much of the searches for my property purchase which it was their role to undertake. I think you could happily do without their minimal intervention. Thanks again to Sue and the rest of the helpful staff at Newton Fallowell Hartley's, Loughborough.
