This experience with Newton Fallowell was completely different. Very organised and followed everything up with email confirmations ect. Very personable every time you rang up and couldn???t do enough for us. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much again

FacebookAvoid Avoid Avoid the Kegworth Branch. Happy to take money from you but it’s a real struggle to get your Bond Money back!!! I have now called 6 times after leaving the rented property nearly a month ago. Each time all I get is “yes I’ll look into it and call you back” I haven’t received a call back at all!!! Very poor customer service.

From initial valuation through to completion, I can't fault the service provided by this company. The whole team were both friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They handled the sale of my house seamlessly and achieved a sale at the valuation price within a week of being put on the market. Thank you to the team, I would definitely use them again, highly recommended.

GoogleI want to THANK to RAMI, beacouse when we had a problem with the heating in December, he was so kind, and he had come after work and fix it . Their office was closed already , but he came! The problem was not very big, but if Rami didn't come , I would have frizzy :) Thank you so much ones again and I wish most employees to be like him!

allAgents"Pros: -quick with moving in..."
Pros: -quick with moving in procedure. -quick response to emails, texts, phone calls -good with maintenance issues Cons -show attitude and get rude when you complain, don't talk face to face over issues and use emails texts. -their service is not customer oriented -fail to notify when they give your house keys to contractors for maintenance issues. this shows poor management skills and communication between them.
