The team at Newton Fallowell were prompt and clearly understood the local market very well. They managed to elicit multiple offers at and over the asking price to maximise the sale price for the property. Whilst they are certainly not the cheapest, in my view it is worth paying the extra to benefit from a professional team.

Direct reviewsVery good service from the start. Took the strain off of myself and my sister not being the occupiers and me not living locally. A few bumps along the way with first buyer dropping out but we eventually got there. Thanks to all involved.

GoogleAfter the nightmares of dealing with Hartleys, Rami came to be my saviour. He solved the problem of my dishwasher after more than 6 months of following up. When ever I contact him, he responds rapidly and tries his best to sort it out. I gave 2 stars for the overall rating but definitely 5 stars goes to Rami.

GoogleI use them as a lettings agent and they are absolutely useless! Be prepared to sort everything yourself - it doesn't matter how many times you call them, the job will just be put away and they'll start over with the same questions every time you see them. Good for nothing - just always happy to take your money.

Newton Fallowell Hartley sold my property at the full asking price within 10 days of it going on the market. The process was trouble free and I was kept informed throughout the whole process by the team but in particular, Amanda Chemney. On recommendation Newton Fallowell Hartley sold my elderly parents property a few months later.

GoogleI must admit I was very sceptical of estate agents and didn’t see any value in using them, however, Sue at Newton Fallowell changed my opinion. She was fantastic when acting for us in selling our home and managed to chase the chain down to stop the sale falling through. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleNF Recently sold a property for us and the whole process was fast and efficient. They had a list of investors and was on of these that finally purchased the property. The staff kept us informed of all activities on a regular basis. We could not fault anything, highly recommended.
