Liz was always very professional, kind and promptly solving any problem we´ve had at the property. After one year at the property we need to do some refurbishment and Liz was an important mediator between us and the landord; also advising us where to source materials at good price for the refurbishment. During two year We´ve had to change tenats and Liz was very helpfull with all the referencing and payment process.

The process has been incredibly smooth throughout, and communication prompt and efficient. I recently sold the property through Stonehouse and had a buyer within 24 hours of putting it on the market. Asim was particularly helpful and steered the sale through to completion.

Asim helped us by our first flat. He was always available when we needed him, wasn't at all too pushy, gave us a very honest advice on our purchase, and helped things along the way for a smooth sale.. He's been helpful in follow up questions and I would definitely come back to him and stonehouse if we were looking to sell, rent or buy a new place in the area.

Jane has always emphasised customer service and has always pushed to complete the job with least disturbance to the tenants as possible. Jane is always professional. Stonehouse Estates helped me to move to my first own place after shared accommodation. Despina was very supportive and ready to help from the point of viewing to signing the contract. Even though the process did not go 100% smoothly, all the problems were sorted out with support and understanding. I would recommend the agency to everyone who is looking for a flat within the area.

GoogleDefensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.
