One of the best agents who will find you a hidden gem

Kurt was very helpful and although I enquired about a different flat in Archway he understood what I was looking for. We first viewed the flat in Archway but it was a tad small. He then brought out a wild card flat and it was absolutely perfect. I couldn't stop thinking about it and then made an offer the next day. Had it not been for him I would not have found this hidden gem. Thank you so much. Megan and Kurt made the process of lettings very smooth. Highly recommended agents.

Supportive help, great and professional service.

After looking for flats for a couple of months, we found the advert for the flat in Cavell Court. Arranging a viewing was incredibly fast. Asim replyed instantly to my inquiry and called me to confirm the date That was more suitable for us. On the day, Kurt showed us the place and was patient enough to reply to all our questions in details. After we expressed our interest in the flat, we started the process to go through the reference check. Since they are an extremely professional agency they use the service of a third party company to run all the checks. This was the only lenghty and a bit nerve-wracking process for us. Since the landlord lives out of the country it was tricky to communicate with her immediatly, but Asim always kept us on the loop regarding our offer. The credit check was easy to fill, however, one of us had a minor setback with her guarantor, but that was because of the reference check company not being clear enough on the documents needed. Gina helped us with our request for fornitures and even though she was really clear on her emails, the contractors made a minor mistake in putting the forniture in the flat, so we had to work it out ourselves and we rectified the issue and Gina assured us that they were going to speak with the contractors regarding this issue. Signing the contract was easy and Both Asim and Kurt gave us the time to read everything and their support in setting up all the bills has been incredible. All in all our experience with Stonehouse estate was really good. Their service is professional and the team is really efficient and they are always there to answer questions and solve any kind of issue. Asim, Kurt and Gina made us feel in good hands and they were really friendly.

Liz is my favourite person to deal with at Stonehouse. She's been the one we have gone to for everything in the past. She is sometimes in that tricky position between tenant and landlord, but she always does her utmost to sort out any issues swiftly. She's always really friendly on the phone and will always keep me updated when we have any ongoing work. It's reassuring to know that we can drop her a line and have the peace of mind that she'll handle it all for us. If ever something has taken longer than expected to resolve Liz has always been very open about the problem and what the next steps are - I really appreciate that honesty, it's a much more personal approach then some estate agents I have dealt with in the past!

Perfect support perfect place

I needed to find a flat urgently in Upper Holloway last year. I was incredibly lucky to find Stonehouse Estetes on 175 Junction Road. Kurt Chris and Despina literally rescued me. After locating the perfect place which came with a very nice bonus: a perfect landlord; I was completely supported all the way with everything that comes with an application process. Great flat, good deal and excellent service

Kurt is such an amazing agent, maybe the best we've worked with so far. He helped us (me and my flat mate) so much and he was the reason why we got such a good deal. He cared about everything we needed to be changed/replaced and both his colleagues Asim and Liz helped us with setting up the bills/new contracts. They even found us really good deals for the internet broadband and the electricity and gas supplier. We were so lucky to have met Kurt because the whole moving situation went better than expected. Both me and my flat mate are very happy with the service the agency provided us with and it really felt like we worked with some really good friends this whole time. Asim went the extra mile....

I was selling a flat in the difficult post-Brexit climate and Asim was really helpful. He gave weekly updates, which helped as reality checks. I wasn't living anywhere near the flat, which could have been problematic, but Asim was helpful in getting things done that needed to be dealt with. When there were plumbing problems, he made sure everything was fixed so that exchange could take place. Thank you, Asim! Stonehouse in general are efficient and good communicators too, which is so important in this process. Recommended!

5 star agent Asim at Stonehouse Estates does not let go of sale process

Asim has performed magnificently for us in two sales in the last 12 months, getting ground-braking results. The last sale was particularly difficult with difficult unorganised buyers from outside London with solicitors who were useless. He kept at it chasing both parties repeatedly, challenging the lawyers, and keeping a grip on the process like a terrier to bring in a completion on the last day of the tax year as requested. Exceptional service

How estate agents should be but rarely are. Asim Butt helped us sell our ground floor flat in Archway for what we believe to be a very realistic but also very satisfactory price. All sorts of silly little niggles emerged from the lawyers on both sides but Asim remained calm and constantly helpful in the manner of a true professional. He must have felt the process was endless but kept smiling and positive. The outcome is 90 days from acceptance of an offer to completion.. Paying Stonehouse their percentage means I can rest easy

I used to manage my rental property as the landlord but when my work took me abroad for a couple of years, I handed it over to Stonehouse. However, on my return to UK, I got so used to them handling it all for me that I felt it was worth 'writing off' their percentage in order to continue with the freedom of less involvement on my part. I usually deal with Liz who is very efficient, but the rest of the team are fine too. A friend of my son's asked if I could recommend an agent. Great, transparent service and love our new house!

We had a great experience finding a property to rent with Stonehouse. We viewed the property in Tufnell Park, and decided to put a holding deposit down straight away. Wonderful estate agents

Rohan just moved my friends and me into my new house and he was absolutely fantastic. He showed us the house one evening after work, and when we decided to take the house that night he stayed even later to go through paperwork with us. He was always friendly and helpful. He regularly updated us with progress, gave us clear instructions about what we had to do, and even reminded us when we were slow. He organised for the house to be ready the day we wanted it. He organised the cleaning, the gardening, and the replacement of old furniture, and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with it. Since then he has been easily contactable and quickly dealt with any and every problem that we've raised to him. Instead of being a chore, my move was a really easy, thanks to Rohan. He's the best estate agent I've ever worked with.

Huge waste of time - sloppy company

Contacted Stonehouse via their on-line form regarding renting out my flat.. At least a 3 day wait for a response. Thought I''d booked the first morning appointment for 10:30am. Nobody had shown by 10:40. I phoned their office. The person who answered the phone had the worst diction and could only tell me the agent was on the phone. Then I was told he was stuck in traffic. Two agents turned up after 11am. One was dressed liked he was on this way to do a bit of DIY. I asked them why they couldn't have phoned to let me know they were running late and by how much. They seemed reasonably informed about the rental market and I thought in spite of the lack of professionalism, I shouldn't rule them out. However, 9 days after their visit they still haven't emailed a market appraisal. .

Responsive, efficient, and nice with it

I hated having to let my flat and the reputation of estate agents as cynics and sharks did not exactly encourage trust or an expectation of a pleasant experience. However Kurt offered human courtesy (Kurtesy? ), civility, sensitivity and professional efficiency, and made the whole experience as bearable as it could have been. The advice he offered was sensible and good and he was kind and helpful at every stage. I had multiple agents working on the letting. Stonehouse was the most responsive, keeping me informed and updated, and of course it was they who introduced me to my tenants. The lettings process was carried through with masterful efficiency, despite the fact I was out of the country and not contactable for some of the time! I thoroughly recommend Kurt and his team. Stonehouse is now handling the sale of my flat, and I have high hopes!
