I strongly recommend their services. Big thanks to Peter. I moved to my flat two weeks ago and I got locked out accidentally on a Saturday morning. I called the agent and Peter kindly came to my door in no time and opened the door for me. He also managed to fix the hotwater issue I had in the flat, while it wasn't his responsibility to deal with that. I have no idea what could I have done with out his help! It is so heartwarming to see that devoted,caring and responsible people like Peter still exist! Very professional yet friendly! Asim helped us to find a lovely flat to rent in North London. The process was a bit tricky initially: we waited 6 weeks from submitting a rental offer to finally hearing back from the landlord! But when we finally got confirmation that our offer had been accepted everything ran very smoothly. Asim was able to negotiate with the landlord so that the furniture matched our tastes and we were able to move in as scheduled. Overall a positive experience in the end, and we're very happy in our new flat!

I went to Stonehouse after a recommendation from a friend. After searching for the right property in all the estate agents in the Archway area, Stonehouse stuck out, specifically because of our interaction with one Asim Butt. His professionalism was impeccable and understood our needs diligently by acting upon them fast. His portfolio knowledge was incredible, that he managed to source me the perfect property within one sitting. Stonehouse really showed to know their clients on very close terms, that it seems that their trust had been built over years, and it genuinely felt we were being treated like family when being introduced to the landlords. They even welcomed me to join in a Stonehouse Estates social. I would 100% rent with them again, and would recommend them to anybody. I've never seen such efficiency and hospitality in an estate agency before. A very rare occurrence.

Hats off to ASIM BUTT. Just got the great news my flat's SOLD. Have been letting it through Stonehouse for seven years and the service has been excellent throughout that period. Always a friendly voice available to iron out the problems. Rent collected on time etc. Thanks to Liz and Jane (now left the company) for their outstanding work. This was my first experience with the sales department and Stonehouse is a very lucky to have Asim, who has helped me through a difficult sale with determination, passion, knowledge and endurance. Asim has kept in regular contact while I've been abroad. We had several failed sales due to problems with the estate my flat was on. Despite this, Asim kept pushing, even when I was quite despondent. He has kept contact with the buyer, their solicitor and my own, relieving me of much of the heartache and work. In the end both the buyer and I were very pleased with the outcome, the price set and the enabling of the sale by Asim in particular and the whole team at Stonehouse. Hats off to you all.

Have to say, there really do provide a good service and are the best letting agent I've ever used in London. Had Akis for the most part to help us out for the most part and found him very helpful and easy to communicate. And since we've moved in found Liz Michaels and Lale Duman very helpful in managing the property. I would like to echo Polina's comments below, as I bought her flat. Asim was wonderful - always reachable, even spending 15 minutes on the phone to me while off work for a funeral. You can't argue with that! Despite some delays getting the paperwork from the council, he hustled until the very end, getting us completed and in before Christmas - an unrealistic goal we had set with no understanding of how long the process actually takes. But he did it! i would definitely recommend listing your house with them, and if you are lucky enough to find a property you love that they are representing, know that you will be in good hands with Mr. Butt.

My partner and I viewed the property we wanted seperately with Kurt Gonzalez at Stonehouse estates. He was helpful and flexible with the meeting times as I needed to meet after the closing time. We wanted the property so the same night put the deposit down and he dealt with the whole process. He was very helpful and available whenever we called for more information or updates. Other staff were also friendly and eager to help when Kurt was not around. Since then the staff that manage the property have been helpful and polite, aiding us whenever we need. Very smooth process. Asim has been great from the start with me. I initially requested to view a different flat and when that was off the market, Asim proposed this one to me which I ended up pushing ahead with. He was quick and flexible to offer viewings and even stayed late into the evening to accommodate for my parents and my busy schedules. Stonehouse Estates had managed my rental property for thirteen years - seamlessly - the property was always let, with good, stable tenants. Any issues the tenants had were quickly and professionally handled by the Stonehouse Estates team, managed by Liz Michaels.. When it was time to sell, I knew I will be going with Stonehouse Estates- Asim and Liz had been amazing in ensuring a smooth sale; one that had to be carefully timed with the end of the tenancy, and a complete removal of the flat's contents - all in the run up to Christmas break. There needs to be an element of trust between an absentee landlord and those entrusted to look after the property. Dare I say that has improved of late. It was always good with Stonehouse, but has recently got better. The salient point is that Diana is not only pro-active but never needs to be reminded that the agent is there to provide the best service to the landlord that they reasonably can. Liz has been a pleasure to deal with.

My partner and I were renting in North London in the same flat for 3 years through Stonehouse Estates. throughout the set up process and all through our tenancy we have had only positive dealings with Liz and her colleagues. Liz was particularly pr active any time we did need some maintenance or had any queries at all. We are now moving o to buy our own home and again the process of leaving the flat has been clear and well handled by Liz. We had no problems gaining our deposit back and was refreshing not to have to argue about this as has been my experience in the past with other letting agencies.
