GoogleWe have had a great experience renting through Stonehouse Estates for a few years now. Jane Havell has always been very fast in getting any issues we've had resolved, and is very quick to respond to any queries we have. I can't fault Stonehouse, I think they are the best estate agents we've rented through for many years!

The Trusted AgentFriendly, thorough and helpful agent
I signed a lease with Kurt,my first in the UK 6 months ago! He was friendly, thorough and approachable throughout the process. More recently I've had to pay him an unexpected visit at the office, he went out of his way to accommodate me and went over and above dealing with my problem! No hesitation recommending him to friends or family!

GoogleStonehouse is easily the most helpful accommodation agency I've had experience of; it has all the benefits of a local, friendly business without sacrificing slickness or professionalism. Our agent, Miss Havell has always responded to issues as they arise with friendliness, speed and efficiency, and a subtle sense of how to balance needs of tenant and landlord.

GoogleVery easy to deal with and enthusiastic. Good communication and kept up the drive to successful completion. Great liaison with both vendor (me) and buyers to keep, at times, a rather difficult property deal on track. I have also dealt Stonehouse Estates on other rental properties and transactions and have always found their approach professional and pragmatic.

Stonehouse Estates have been letting and managing my property for ten years now and I couldn't be happier. The team is great to deal with, professional and efficient. All management issues are resolved in an efficient timely manner. I 'recommend them for anyone looking for personal, professional service from a top team that will look after your property without compromise.

The Trusted AgentReview of experience as tenant with Stonehouse Estates
I have rented with a number of agencies since I moved to London in 2009, but Stone house by far has been the best one! Always very kind and prompt service, any issues we had (of which there have not been many), were resolved very quickly. Nothing but positive interaction with the staff, thank you! Would highly recommend :)
